Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom house in Escondido, CA! Our home is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. You'll love the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive away from local attractions like the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and the beaches. We can't wait to host you!

Almost but not quite

Location Great. Neighborhood quiet. Floor plan great for gathering. However, the floors were filthy, no towels for kitchen. Pillow shams instead of cases. Bath towels and washcloths hidden in closet and not in bathrooms. No soap in kitchen or bathrooms. Foosball game, no ball. It was almost great, but fell short because a lack of attention to details.

Family weekend

This is a new VRBO and has great potential. Owner very receptive to suggestions. A previous review complained location was unsafe. It was NOT. House is located in a busy residential area but felt very safe. Home has one parking spot in driveway and further parking is on street which is busy, but able to find a spot within house or two. I did suggest having yard service cleanup weeds in backyard now we very receptive of suggestions in and outside the house. Communication very good.

Escondido Funeral

Entire family attended a funeral and we NEEDED ALL the beds that were advertised and ONE BED MISSING . (1) There was to be 4 queen beds. Two rooms with a single queen and one room with 2 queens. (2) the two sofas DID NOT covert into a bed as stated (3) There was ONLY ONE hand towel for 1 bathroom and NONE for the other Bathroom. (4) there was NO JACUZZI as stated on listing. (5) the pans in the Kitchen were non-stick Problem Is That Cooking Area Finish Was Warn Away -VERY TOXIC to Cook On. The Renter clearly is not ready to put house on Vrbo. Renter beware!! What a shame that they are under Vrbo as we like company.

Do no trust the pictures - NO REFUNDS

Looking at the property online at the pictures it seemed to be a pretty nice place, along with the description the owner gives about the neighborhood being a nice area. Upon arriving to the property, we immediately noticed the neighborhood was not accurately described by the owner on the listing. It was stated by the owner this was a safe, quite area. We later found out from our customer who is a local, the area was known to have the higher crime rates, drugs, etc. We did not feel safe to stay at this location and immediately left to acquire a hotel. In addition to the poor description of the area the property was located, the home itself was also depicted poorly through pictures and the description. One bathtub had rust around it. Multiple cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were sagging. Stains were present on the ceiling. The front door had a cage. The HVAC wall mount was not operational. Overall the home was old and stale. We reached out to the property owner and VRBO and have not received any refunds.
