The location was really well located. It was clean with very nice amenities. Overall an excellent experience and a high recommended for those wanting more than just a hotel room.

My four kids and I enjoyed the bright space in this well-appointed condo! Our favorite parts were the two balconies and the kitchen. The ample space throughout made it so comfortable to be in. We will be back!

Great property. We loved the feel of the old building with built in bookcases in the living room. It was more spacious than we'd expected. Everything we needed was provided, including extra towels, bedding, fans, etc.We enjoyed the location. A paved bike path was right across the street. There was a great coffee shop, ice cream shop and restaurant next to the property.

perfect location, easy access, safe and quiet neighborhood. Coffee right around the corner. Just down the hill from college and up the hill from the lake...which you have a view of from the living room window!

We loved staying at this two-bedroom condo while visiting Duluth for a wedding at Glensheen Mansion. Being positioned just down the street from Glensheen was incredible, and the quiet Lakeside neighborhood was a perfect home base. Having one of our favorite Duluth coffee shops right next door was a real asset, as was the easy access to the Lakewalk. The property itself was spacious, clean, well laid out, and wonderfully bright and airy. We’re already planning to book again on our next visit to the area!

This place was charming to stay in. Vintage-modern vibes, beautiful sun rise and sunset views (depending on which of the two porches you sit on) and even has a view of the lake, which I didn't expect. Location is prime for guests wanting to be in the city and do adventuring up the shore! The place was clean to the brim and beautifully decorated, felt like home. Our one caviout is that this place has no curtains, just blinds that barely keep any light out and we have three littles who we brought with, so they went to bed with the sun and woke before 5am with the sun. Rather difficult, so hopefully some curtains can be for future guests. That being said, we would stay there again, it was a great price for the quality.

Great communication - felt informed and prepared with check in information and area info. Such great detail on location, parking, and building specifics that nothing was left to question. The space was just as quaint as ever and accommodated us perfectly.
Great coffee shop (plus pastries) right next door. Our condo had 2 porch/balcony/stoop areas (one visible here) to sit out in and get a look toward the lake.
The Superior Hiking Trail picked up just across the street and I met up with a sweet doe!
Just a 3 mile jog brought me into view of the Lift Bridge and stop at a bench along the rocky shore to sit and soak up the morning sun. Felt safe and neighborhood-like. A nice number of local folks (and visitors) out for their morning exercise too.

Beautiful stay in Duluth

Very clean and cute condo in a wonderful location in Duluth. Loved being able to have coffee on the porch in the morning looking out towards the lake. Management was very friendly and easy to get ahole of for all of our questions. Overall a great place to stay with family!

Comfortable, clean, and quiet

We enjoyed staying here during our weekend trip to the north shore. The apartment was warm and well decorated. Beds were plush and comfy. Keypad entry was easy. Parking was on the road just outside the apartment. Neighborhood felt safe. Enjoyed the interesting Minnesota themed book selections. We even enjoyed a game of Yahtzee together. We’ll look forward to our next trip.

It works

The layout is great. The location is perfect for access to family in the Lakeside area. The two things that stood out to us that would be good to be aware of are as follows… 1) the place was well over 80°F when we arrived. Without any access to a thermostat, we had to crack windows open in 17°F weather to cool the unit down to a comfortable level. 2) The odor of stale smoke is quite noticable and would be an aggravator to anybody with respiratory sensitivities. Beyong those two items…the place was immaculate, well decorated, and exactly as advertised. We hope over time that the smell will dissipate as we would love to be able to stay here consistently when traveling to Duluth to visit family.

I fell in love with the adorable neighborhood with an ice cream shop and a coffe shop next door. Just two blocks away I found the most delicious GF pizza. Oh, did I mention there is a view of Lake Superior from the large windows facing east? What an amazing experience. The place was very clean, quiet and the furnishings comfortable.I had a few suggestions for the property management team who acknowledged my comments (scalding hot water, exremely slippery shower floor, broken shower faucent handle and lack of hooks near front door for jackets. It is Duluth so there is very likely many guests will be wearing jackets and will be looking for somewhere to heng them up.There are a couple of adorable bunk beds in one of the bedrooms but there is a door in the room that leads to a fire escape so not sure how comfortable I would be having small children stay in the room. I think there is a sofa sleeper so maybe put the kids on there? Great location and overall I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the communication team and the cleaning crew. Great job.

We appreciated your maintenance and safety notes; our team has addressed the hot water temperature, repaired the shower faucet handle, added non-slip measures in the shower, and installed additional hooks by the entry. Thanks also for the bunk-bed safety comment — we’ll update the listing and room notes so families can choose the best sleeping arrangements (the sofa sleeper is an option). I like it was at a quiet and private setting. It was clean, although we found a life bug (German cockroach), we have a picture and a video.The recycling container wasn’t emptied. The shower door wasn’t working properly (it was off its rail)and didn’t close all the way, splashing water on the side of the vanity, I had to dry it since the floor got too wet and slippery. My husband is a contractor and fixed the door. The body wash gel pump didn’t work.On Saturday, morning we got locked out of apartment, the security code didn’t work. We called customer service and were told someone/technician was coming to fix it and they would let us know when fixed, we never received call..We got back in apartment by trying a different security code, and realized we were given the wrong code from the beginning. We were given (we were given a six digit code instead of a five digit code..This incident changed our plans for the day drastically, since we had planned to cook breakfast before leaving, and had to wait to go back inside for my husbands wallet and a phone charger, and go on with our plans. We also had to pay for a meal we didn’t plan in our budget. Also, we had issues “no internet “, Friday the network wasn’t on, Saturday the password didn’t work. We would like some reimbursement for the poor service which affected our vacation. Thank you.
