Located in the shadows of the Aerial Lift Bridge, enjoy this spacious lakeshore property nestled on the peaceful shores of Lake Superior. Only steps from the Aerial Lift Bridge in highly-desirable Park Point, experience Duluth from a front door only steps away from bustling from Duluth's vibrant Canal Park and the Lake Walk that offers miles of scenic walking, running or biking trails.

Relax and enjoy the stunning views from this spacious and immaculate three-bedroom home. Watch boats and freighters navigate the harbor up close from your private deck or grab the binoculars and watch them from your beach chairs as you sit on the sandy shore of the beach located directly behind the house.

Fall asleep to the lakeshore breezes and soothing foghorns from the master bedroom overlooking Lake Superior. Two additional bedrooms offer sleeping accommodations for up to six guests.

An upper-level family room with a large deck overlooking the lake or mingle downstairs in the kitchen with a second walk-out deck that leads down to the beach.

Three bedrooms (one master suite, one with queen bed, and one with two twin beds - all on the upper level). Two bathrooms (one with tub/shower on the upper level, one with shower on the main level).

Wifi internet throughout the house. Two updated televisions with cable, streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.), and a wide variety of DVD's.

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and kitchen table that seats eight comfortably. An additional dining room table in the dining room seats up to six more guests.

Washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and dishwasher/laundry detergent included.

Fun near Canal Park

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean home. The natural lighting is wonderful and seeing the shops come into and leave the Harbor from the upstairs patio was a highlight for all!

Girls weekend with childhood friends

Amazing views from the deck overlooking lake superior. We even swam in the lake. Close enough to eateries so we could walk to them. Generally, we brought food back to the house and ate on the upper deck since it was the best view around. The kitchen has all the amenities of home.

Breathtaking View

Our short stay was too short. We all agreed we would have stayed longer if we could. The upstairs family room and balcony offered amazing views. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen provided all of the basic requirements. Because we lived in Duluth previously we knew there would be freighter and bridge horns, but that may be something worth explaining (if it isn’t already posted) in the posting for your home. We got lucky with 70° and 80° weather in September as well as seeing the Northern Lights. Truly a gift to see over the Ariel Lift Bridge.

Peaceful getaway

An absolutely amazing spot to be. The view is incredible and so peaceful. You can walk along the sandy beach or just sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful waves of the lake. The house is set up just perfect to enjoy such an amazing view of Lake Superior and to watch the ships come in a out. The house is equipped with everything you may need. from kitchen utensils to bathroom necessities, etc., this owner really knows how to take care of their guest and ensure they are well taken care of. We plan on staying at this house every single time we come to duluth. What a great experience.

Amazing views - great location!

The house was a perfect setting for a family vacation. The views from both patios of the lake, ships and waves were amazing. A variety of comfortable seating areas made for easy conversations. It was great to open the gate and walk directly on to the beach.

awesome location!

This is a great property for your stay in Duluth. We were up for my daughter's wedding and it was just perfect for everything we had going on this weekend. Dinner with family, bridal preparation on the wedding day. And within walking distance of all things Canal Park for evening festivities. House was clean and nicely laid out. Plenty of room for people to be comfortable. And the location, which is approximately six/seven houses east of "The Bridge", is just a blast. As mentioned, easy to get to Canal Park for food and entertainment.......and fun watching the ships go in and out of the port. The bridge will cause a delay or two when you are leaving from/coming to the house but you just need to prepare for it. We will definitely stay here again sometime in the future. Thanks, Kay, for a great experience!

Feels like home!

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this awesome rental! It has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in Duluth. The location is great and the house is so comfortable and relaxing, you'll want to just hang out on the patios and watch the lake and the boats. A big bonus is having beach access directly out the back gate. We just happened to be there while the Aurora was happening, so got a beautiful light show over the lake, right from the upper deck! We absolutely love staying here and would highly recommend to anyone. Kay (the owner) is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. I wish I owned such a wonderful place!

Great house & location

The house is nice and the location is great. The host was flexible and allowed us to check in early, which was awesome and worked out well with our plans. The bed was comfortable, and the views of Superior and the lift bridge from the upper deck was beautiful. Unfortunately there are a lot of cobwebs and spiders, which made me a little uneasy, because I HATE spiders. But if spiders don't bother you, this may be the perfect rental for you!

Great 2 day convention

Had a great time. We were here for the Rural Health Convention and loved being able to have our team stay in a house versus a hotel, so we could spend time together. The home was perfect. Within walking distance, clean, comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be close to canal park!

Park Point Lakeshore Home

This was the perfect house for our family of 5 to stay in as we in town for a wedding. Great directions and super easy instructions for getting the digital key. Our host was quick to respond and checked in on us by text to make sure everything was okay. We would recommend this beach house to anyone. Beautiful house with amazing view of the lake!

Fantastic location

We loved our stay - the location is amazing. You can walk right out to the beach or to park point. Upstairs deck overlooks lake superior and the beach and the living area and master bedroom are fabulous. So glad we got a chance to stay!

A Duluth Delight

This place was amazing… views of Superior from back yard( open gate .. onto beach), kitchen, living room and master bedroom . Well equipped kitchen and lots of coffee! Watched giant tankers come in under the lift bridge… walkable to pizza, Green Mill cafe, coffee shops, chocolate and ice cream! Saw a Newfoundland dog show! Walked to movies.. steps away from the best 6+ mile boardwalk all along the north shore.. balconies off living and master. Waves to fall to sleep to! Books galore!!!And I got a bonus to see the aurora sitting on bedroom balcony two nights!!!Loved the house and Duluth and Minnesota Nice!

Phenomenal location

Wish we would have found this property sooner as we've been going to Duluth for 5 years with kids in college. This home couldn't be in a better spot! 3 bedrooms upstairs with a great gathering space overlooking Lake Superior. Saw several barges/ships going through the canal. Well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive and pleasant.

A great time!

The house is in a great location to walk to Canal Park. Also a great location for day trips into WI and up the North Shore. The living room on the second floor is the gem of the house. We could watch the waves and surfers and also the ships coming into the harbor. In summer, it would be treat to be able to use the 2nd floor deck. The house had everything we needed. Thank you.

Guys Ski Trip

Fantastic time staying at this property. We had 5 adults. The space was great, and the location is really hard to beat. Awesome views, and close enough to the water to fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. House was very well appointed with everything we needed. In terms of location - just a short walk over the bridge to restaurants, bars, and shops. Communication with host was great. We would definitely stay here again. We’ve done a few different VRBO’s in Duluth over the years, and this is our new favorite!

We loved our stay again at this place! It has 2 levels which gives us the ability to give everyone some space. Big kitchen table (and dining room table) for eating together and playing games. Love the upstairs room with its views to watch the ships come in and out by Lift Bridge. We were able to make the brisk walk to Bentleyville and Canal Park. Loved it all!
