Great location & overall great place to stay. Everything in the house was as advertised. We really enjoyed the atmospere.

The beach house was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool! They had everything a home away from home needed. Perfect staycation!!!

We chose this house because of the jacuzzi and we were not disappointed. The pool, sound system, and backyard were awesome. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We had a lot of fun walking the beach and coming back for a swim and a spa. The house is immaculate, nicely decorated and very well supplied. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall rating - Excellent!Neighborhood a little in need of proper landscaping. Neighboring landscape in despair, but on-site yard and house in excellent shape.

Great place to stay with family and friends.

The house was clean and plenty of room. Some recent updates to the pool and decks made it extra nice. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Awesome accommodations and can't beat the location! Hope to come back soon!

WONDERFUL

Del Sol-Outdoor Oasis was everything and more. This house was wonderful! Our family of 8 adults enjoyed the spaciousness, pool, yard games, easy access to the beach, closeness to everything. And if one didn't want to walk the beach or sidewalk for a mile or so, there's the free trolley that will take you where you want to go. We had a FABULOUS vacation!

Amazing!

The house is even better in person! The hosts were so very helpful and quick to communicate. We can’t wait to come back next year! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place both inside and outside. Easy walk straight to the beach. Beautifully decorated. Lovely pool. Just the right size for our small family. Perfect.

We arrived to the property and the exterior yard was in such poor condition we thought we were at the wrong house. Upon entering, the every baseboard throughout the house was filthy, there is mold in both showered, the silverware drawer doesn't stay closed, caked on dirt in every corner, broken toilet paper holder in master bath, no setee on the balcony as shown, disgusting filth under each plunger in both bathrooms, the gate on the upper balcony needs to be adjusted as we have to lift it to get it to latch properly . Dirty and grime around every doorknob and many light switches. Food debris on window shades in dining area. Yard is full of "sticker" weeds Please note: I paid a 400.00 cleaning fee upfront so I expected a spotless, sanitary home. Additionally I was charged a 300.00 security fee. This house has not been properly clean for MANY months Have requested refund of cleaning fee and management fee as well as security deposit refund... Emerald Waters Property Management has been slow in responding and has not made a determination on IF I will be refunded anything

Unfortunately, our experience with this guest was very challenging. Throughout the six-day stay, the guest contacted us repeatedly—morning, afternoon, and late into the evening—with ongoing complaints regarding the cleanliness of the property. We made efforts to address her concerns and offered to have our cleaning team return to the property to inspect and correct any issues, but she declined to allow our cleaners to address the concerns. Despite our attempts to communicate professionally and provide a resolution, the frequency and persistence of the messages became excessive and difficult to manage. We always take guest concerns seriously and are willing to correct legitimate issues when given the opportunity to do so, but in this case, the guest repeatedly raised concerns while declining the opportunity for our team to resolve them. Based on this experience, we would not choose to host this guest again.

Spring Break

Great beach house! Host was very communicative and flexible with us. Even sent the pool guys out to make sure everything was working well since it’s brand new. Pool and hot tub are beautiful, had lights and speakers outside to use. Beds very comfortable, lots of extra towels including beach towels. Everything in working order in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only comment would be if you have young children the stairway to get to backyard/pool area is a little tricky for littles due to small steps and a turn at the bottom so be careful. Bonus was extra mini fridges for beverages and ice makers and the pull out couch in living room. Would stay definitely again!
