Property has truly the easiest walk to the beach! Doesn't get much better! Host is wonderful with communication! Checked in to see if we needed anything! Would stay here again!

Best beach house and location. So many thoughtful things that the owner includes to make it a fun and easy beach trip!!! We will be back for sure.

Unit was very nice. It was clean, well laid out floor plan and was convenient to the beach, dining and Fort Pickens. Host was was great, excellent communications.

The Host was very responsive and helpful.The views were amazing and peaceful.There were some issues on cleanliness. dog hair all over living room and kitchen floors. garbage behind a couple of doors. food spilled in kitchen drawers. bathrooms soap dispenser and hand towels were not out on counters. we had to locate them.photos online showed nice cushions on balcony chairs and they were all ripped. Also, upstairs balcony is rusted out.

Dawn, Why didn't you tell me these things during our many phone calls? You never said one thing about the property not being cleaned, the cushions or the balcony rail. I ordered new custom railings for all balconies back in March. There's only one company in town that makes them. Occasionally I get a guest like you that nit picks and looks for ANY REASON to complain, rather than appreciate all of the amenities that I have provided that others do not?

We loved the location with perfect beach views with the fabulous sunsets (especially from the top floor balcony) and were glad it was centrally located yet away from the crowds near the boardwalk. We were impressed that the house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need and liked having use of the garage. We will definitely be returning!

Great Location

Great location and convenient to everything! The house was a great setup and size for our family and bonus that we could bring our pup with us!

Host was extremely nice and more than helpful. Everytime we needed something, it was delivered immediately. Facility was very nice. We had an issue that had more todo with our age. Rey nice place, but the beds were too high and couch too low. Our issue not theirs.
