Unwind in the inviting living area & cook up feasts in the fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for groups seeking style, comfort & convenience in the heart of Downtown Lafayette!

The Space:
Unwind and connect with your crew in our spacious and open-plan home. The generous living area invites group gatherings, while the large kitchen becomes your culinary hub with ample counter space and essential cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, spices) ready to whip up delicious meals for the whole team.

Entertainment awaits! Flat-screen Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room set the stage for epic movie nights, game tournaments, or even cheering on your favorite team during football parties. Imagine the laughter and memories you'll create!

Please be aware that this house is situated on the corner of a busy street. To ensure a peaceful night's sleep for sensitive sleepers during your stay, we have provided noise machines. We hope this helps you enjoy a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
A door code will be sent to you for self-check-in via (Smart Lock) with additional check-in instructions.

Our staff is available to help or offer any suggestions you may need. Check-in and parking instructions will be automatically sent at 2:00 p.m. the day of arrival.

Needs improvemwnt

There were chairs around the table with sinkholes in them . We almost fell through the chairs . Could not put out garbage cause it was already full . The toilet in one bathroom did not work. The doors did not seem secure . They would lock but I’m sure someone could have broken into those doors . They were not very secure. You guys only left enough towels and washcloths for a day so we had no bath attire to last the whole trip. Also bad location for someone looking for a peaceful stay . Very noisy location

Nice older place, bad location

House is older but nice. Unfortunately the house is situated on a busy street, between 2 very busy streets. The provided white noice machines helped but the roads were loud.

Weekend Stay

The water pressure was so low you can barely brush your teeth correctly. It’s 2 bathrooms with showers but don’t run the showers at the same time because one won’t get pressure which I find crazy cause the house is set up for large parties. And the same with the toilets. Once you flush it it take 10 mins to refill. But other than that the beds were comfy and location was close to where we needed to be

Comfortable and Convenient

We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their home. Everything, from the linens to the kitchen appliances, was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean.
