No Smoking or Vaping is allowed in this home. (IF you need to smoke take a walk towards the mailboxes and use that trail to take a smoke on. (We DO not want smoking to happen in backyard either thank you for being respectful of our space failure to comply will result in a fine of $500.00 for additional cleaning)

Up to 2 dogs are welcome but we ask that you take them for a walk DO not let them potty in the yard or especially on the grassy area in yard. Clean up after your pet`s excessive mess from pets will result in an additional cleaning fee and damage caused by pets will be the sole responsibility of the owner. We ask you to use the kennels (located in garage, please clean after use) when leaving pets unattended do not let them roam around house when you are not at the home watching them.

Quiet time is from 9:00 pm - 7:00 am during those hours we ask that back yard lights are off and that you make sure pool equipment is off.

Pool door alarms are for your use (refer to the book for directions) We ask that NO children under 15 or adults who cannot swim be allowed near the pool area un-supervised. Leave doors locked so they are not able to get to the outside without an adult and use the alarms. You are responsible for any damage done to the pool and we ask that NO FOOD be consumed in pool and hot tub and NO GLASS be used outside around the pool or hot tub area.
