Enjoy lakefront living with all the amenities. Relax with a sunset. Family friendly neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to 6 restaurants/bars and park with public beach. Minutes from Geneva State Park and amazing wineries. Just a three minute walk to the newest winery in the area! A lot of entertainment awaits you with cornhole, darts, Golden Tee, arcade machine with 400 games, Skeeball, 9 foot shuffleboard and much more. After a full day enjoy the firepit at the lake’s edge. NOTE 7/18/2026 The Skeeball machine is not working right now. Will update when fixed.
Completely remodeled interior with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed - 3 bedrooms have lake views. Added "extra" 5th bedroom on first floor has a day bed with trundle that sleeps 2 more on twin mattresses. Large dining room table for family or friends to gather or eat outside by the water. Private water front living is all yours.

The sunsets are beautiful. There’s plenty of room for everyone and lots of games for the kids. Plenty of outdoor seating and the fire pit was used for making s’mores.

This house (and owner) provide everything you need for a stress free stay at the lake. The property is gorgeous and the neighborhood is wonderful. We plan to go for a week again next summer for the third year in a row.

Communication with the host has always been kind and timely. The home is perfect for our family and we keep coming back yearly. It is the perfect location for a getaway with tons of options nearby. Could not be any happier!

The house was perfect for us with the 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and one of each on the first floor. We also loved the big kitchen table and couch. The kids had fun climbing on the rocks and the big back yard. They were able to swim at the bottom of the steps and enjoyed kayaking and tried the paddle board. We really enjoy that area and walking to the park and getting ice cream!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was extremely tidy, comfortable, and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we truly appreciated how well-stocked and thoughtfully maintained the house was.The location was perfect! Having our own water access made it so easy to enjoy the lake whenever we wanted, and we also loved being within walking distance of the public beach. It was the perfect combination of convenience, privacy, and easy access to everything we wanted to do.The owner was also fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent from start to finish. It made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free.We would absolutely recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again!

This house was great for us older women who just wanted to relax, read and play games! There are so many games and things to do and plenty of water things like kayaks and stuff to use in the garage if you so choose! We loved the entire house and the bedrooms were so nice and plenty of sleeping area for our needs. We were so relaxed we didn't want to leave! The owner was super nice and answered every question I had before our stay and easy to contact during. We just love being by the water and the beautiful views. If you get a chance and need a place with many bedrooms and fun activities......also liked the separate tvs in the bedrooms......go to the lake to stay in this house ;)

We had a great weekend at this location. We had a small delay in accessing the property but the host was quick to assist and get us in. Everything was as described and very clean. We lucked out with amazing weather for March and enjoyed the backyard and beautiful views. We absolutely would stay again and hope to do so in the future! Highly recommend !

House was perfect. Exactly how it is listed. Clean, on the lake, rooms as described. Super easy to communicate with Steve. Teenage kids LOVED the dart board, 21 yr old loved his own space, parents loved the quietness of house and neighborhood. Views are amazing.

Lake Erie Family Vacation

Beautiful cottage on the coast of lake Erie. Beautiful view of the sunset off the water. Access to the water can be difficult, but is right on the water.

Lake front retreat for eclipse viewing

Easy and comfortable accommodation with beautiful lake views from almost every room. 4 spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfortable
