Nice residential neighborhood. Home is directly on the lake. Three very nice bedrooms, along with an extra-large room with multiple beds good for kids. Kitchen was well-appointed with lots of gadgets, dishware and glasses.

A quaint charming older home with fun bedroom themes. Our 3 early teen grandkids loved the Harry Potter room with 3 beds in it. Large enough to let 10 family members have plenty of space. The best feature was the large back yard overlooking the lake with a firepit and 6 chairs- perfect for family evenings making S'mores. Kristin answered promptly any questions and took care of an annoying technical issue. Every family member will have fond memories of this house ! Pretty well stocked. lots of table space for puzzles, games and meals.

Beautiful home with beautiful views! My family loved the space to spread out and enjoy the amenities. Check in was easy and fast. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked.

The host was great. She provided us with a crib that really helped us. The location and house were beautiful. The only problem was that there was not enough towels for 15 people.

This property in Ashtabula was great as a central location for my husband and I to get together with 8 additional family members for a long weekend. We came from Northwest MI, Columbus OH, Indy, IN, and eastern PA. Kristen was an amazing host!! She quickly responded to messages from the time we booked the property several months in advance to the end of our stay. The home was very clean, had everything needed to prepare meals, nice dining and living spaces. All the upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. It had plenty of room for us. We loved sitting in the backyard to enjoy the views of Lake Erie. We brought our corn hole game and had some great, and fun competition. The women ruled lol. It was nice walking around the neighborhood and to the quaint town to shop. We strolled along Walnut Beach and found some pretty stones and beach glass chips. We played pickleball at Shenanigans as it was too windy to play at the outdoor courts down the street. It was a bit warm in the building and we had to “deal” with indoor building inconveniences, but we had fun nonetheless! Another day we drove to Madison for a hike at Hogback Ridge Park. The hike took us along a stream with gently flowing waterfalls and woods. Then off to Ferrante Winery in Granger for lunch and wine tasting. We had hoped to eat out at the Briquette (Smokehouse or Grill?) on Monday; however, they are closed Mondays. We used the backyard charcoal grill for one of our dinners during the weekend. It was a lovely stay!

Beautiful Historic Home with Amazing Views

We were in town for a dance competition and the house was the perfect place to relax after a long day. Everything was clean and almost every room had a spectacular view of the lake.

Bachelorette Party!

This was the perfect house for a beautiful bachelorette weekend right on the water! Mile away from public beach access and just outside of the strip which allows for a more quiet stay! Overall great experience and the host was very responsive!❤️

The Perfect Lake Family Getaway

Kristin's lake house was absolutely perfect for our large family! Every detail was just right for every activity. Kristin is a wonderful host. The neighborhood is very nice, and the lake views are fantastic! Our family made memories for a lifetime. We would love to return someday.

Beautiful sunsets by the fire, great for groups!

We had a fabulous time spending 3 nights here for a girls trip together with 14 adults. Loved all the outdoor seating and especially the fire circle with the Adirondack chairs. Great tables for games. Any questions we had were very promptly answered by Kristin. Checking in and out was smooth.

Gorgeous Views Great House!

My friends and I just spent an awesome weekend at this property and really enjoyed the uniquely decorated interior and the gorgeous backyard! Sitting around the fire pit while enjoying the lake views and sunsets made our trip so enjoyable!The beds were very comfortable and all the bathrooms worked well! The kitchen/family room area got a lot of use throughout the weekend and accommodated a lot of different activities!Kristin is a gracious host and replied quickly to any questions we had during our stay! Family Getaway!

We arrived sooner than we anticipated. Kristin responded quickly and gave us permission to check in early. THE VIEW! I think most of the pics we took were lake views and sunset. We loved spending time outside by the fire, too! The beach is right down the street and I definitely recommend checking out the local coffee shop. Thank you for a great stay!

What a beautiful place

What beautiful views from every room. We would definitely recommend staying, Kristen was wonderful, she checked to make sure everything went well with check in and check out. She quickly replied to all my questions I had prior as well as during our stay. The only downfall was not having a full bath w/walk-in shower on the first floor for the elderly, they couldn’t do the steps.

Lake House Vacation

We had a great time! The house was fully stocked with everything that was needed. There was a problem with the coffee maker, I sent a text and received a timely response. The view of the lake is beautiful. The fire pit was our favorite gathering place. We would definitely go back!

The house was plenty big enough to hold us all comfortably. Water pressure is excellent in all showers. There were a lot of kid friendly board games and the pool table to keep everyone entertained in the evenings.The house is close to both walnut and lake shore beaches and just 15 min from Geneva on the lake for extra activities. Check in was easy and Kristin checked in to make sure everything was acceptable throughout our stay. The view is amazing. The only thing that is a bit sketchy is the steps from the back deck, but once you get used to it, it is fine. We will definately stay again.

Fun decor and beautiful home.

Fun room decor made the house so entertaining. Large very clean home -plenty of room to spread out for our large group of adults and teens- and amazing views of the lake. No beach at property but nice public beach 3 minutes away. Close to shops and activities- short drive away. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to all my inquiries!

Labor day

When you tell people you’re going to Ashtabula Ohio people say “for what”? We had so much fun the house was perfect we were not on top of each other the 4th bedroom with 3 queen beds was perfect for my daughter and her family. We walked and drove to the beach, went to some winery’s, went in to town. We’d like to go back next year. I had to call Kristin the owner and she was sweet and very helpful.

Memorable Memorial Day

We had a great stay at magic lake! We have no complaints other than not enough time. The host was so gracious and helpful. The house is full equipped with everything we needed and more. A wonderful binder was left that answered many questions. It’s not a far walk/drive into town for amazing food, coffee, and drinks. Or a quick drive to the beach. The view was picturesque. It was lovely to sit at the large dinning room table or on the deck with friends, enjoy an amazing meal while taking in the view. Kristin thank for hosting us, we made so many great memories during our stay

Family Vacation

This house on Lake Erie was just what I was looking for. The view was wonderful! We made use of the fire pit several nights. Relaxing on the patio was a great place for us to gather for coffee or a meal. The kitchen was easy to use. The tweens always request a pool table so that was appreciated. We all fit in the living room for a movie night. There were plenty of beds and we even used the roll away. We walked to Walnut beach, had dinner in town, took the kids to Adventure Zone in Geneva on the Lake, went zip lining at the state park and visited wineries. The views of the lake from our bedrooms were beautiful but the lack of some rooms having shades made the morning sun come in very early. LOL The host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay again sometime!

I am so pleased with my stay. There was plenty of room for my guests that attended my birthday celebration. The kitchen was so nice to prepare our meals. There were 6 people preparing at one time.
