We had an incredible time at this property! Everything was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, the pool area. And the private pool was definitely worth it just for the 18th floor guests. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and the host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Panama City Beach!

Great Time and Great Place. Host was very accommodating and units were well maintained. I think these two units are the only rental units on the floor, so I’m not sure the other owners appreciate renters. However, I would and hopefully will rent them again.

Exceptional place to stay

We rented this beautiful penthouse for our kids and grandkids to join us for our wedding! It is stunning! The host was gracious, accommodating and attentive to our request. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We will be back to stay again!

Wonderful week

This condo is beautiful with gorgeous views of the gulf. It is stocked with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and by the private pool. Having two kitchens was great for a large group. We had a wonderful week and hope to rent again.

Family friendly luxurious double penthouse experience!

Large family group trip was enjoyed by all ages based on private roof-top pool, amazing 18th floor views, well-appointed double condo with space that went on and on, yet brought us together on the same floor! Thomas Drive is our must-stay location and when we were inside, the penthouse(s) had absolutely everything we needed including lots of baskets with fluffy blankets and well stocked double kitchens, plus much more!!!

Watercrest

It was like home. My Aunt and incle purchased the first unit @Watercrest. We enjoyed the quietness and all the fire works. My party consist of myself, 2 caretakers, my nephew and a niece.

Perfect for our reunion

Amazing property. Ample space for 13. We had 11 and it was enough room for everyone and then some. It will be tough to stay in normal units now. Every little thing was taken care of also. If you forgot something, they had it, complementary. We were using it to reunite with our family we had not seen in 15 years. It was the perfect property for this as we were all together in the same condo but still gave tons of privacy while staying in the in the same unit.It was by far the nicest condo any of us had ever stayed in.The pictures online do not do it justice. It is way way way nicer than the photos, you just have to see in person.

The condo was spacious and fully stocked with supplies, kitchen equipment and numerous items to make stay enjoyable (gaming options, beach chairs, and a fantastic large screen tv, The private pool just outside the unit was also very nice. The bathrooms were all very nice and everything worked. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious living area . Would book again.

This property was by far the best and most well stocked we have ever rented. If you have a large group and are looking to sleep up to 12, don’t hesitate, just book it! The property manager, Randall was amazing. He greeted us at check-in, escorted us up for a walk through and had even purchased snacks and beverages for us. The two pent houses are joined for an easy flow through and had so much space that even with all 12 of us there we were never on top of each other. Everything has been thought of from beach chairs (also beach service with chairs and umbrellas) toys, wagons, huge cooler for longer beach days and towels! Also, each bathroom has a complimentary stock of toiletries in case a guest forgot something. Kitchens were stocked with everything you need for a meal. Plus an ice maker in each kitchen. All the rooms were cozy and beds were great. Tons of cozy blankets to lounge around under during evening hours while watching movies. The balconies with million dollar views is where we spent most our time and meals. The private roof top pool was a huge added bonus. We were the only renters on the penthouse level during our stay so we had it all to ourselves. We met one owner at the end who was extremely polite. Security is extremely tight so make sure to have your vehicles registered asap upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again. The only con was having to leave! 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing time... The property was beautiful and more than what we expected. This definitely a hidden paradise for a large family. The Host was perfect. Made sure we had everything we needed and was always a phone call away!!!!!Recommended 10 out of 10
