We had a wonderful time. This was the second time we have rented this condo and both times everything was perfect! We did have to leave early this trip to avoid a hurricane, but even that process went smoothly. Our host was easy reach and very accommodating with any questions we had. The view was spectacular, including a visit with a bald eagle that landed on the condo next-door. I highly recommend this unit and hope to be able to return there myself.

It was perfect for our growing family! There were 10 of us in total. 6 adults 4 kids. We all fit great with plenty of room to spare.

Beautiful view of the ocean. the host was easy to contact when we had a few problems when we first checked in, and she addressed them right away. This is our second year staying in this condo. We truly enjoy it.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. I literally could have just spent my whole vacation never leaving the room. Rachel was very easy to communicate with. The location was close to everything! The one thing that made it so much better than most condos I have rented was the amazing view! We definitely recommend staying here if you have a large family amd are in Panama City.

Amazing view of Panama City and the beach. I only wish we had brought binoculars. We saw manta rays, dolphins, sea turtles, fish and even a shark. The layout and location of the condo was perfect! We walked to dinner every night.

The condo was very nice and super convenient location! We had 9 people and everyone had plenty of room. The ocean view lives up to the photos and then some! The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils which was very great for feeding a large group. The bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed. I wish the resorts BBQ area on the ground floor was nicer and more convenient, but a small issue.

Great place for larger family.

Place was perfect for an extended family of 12 with enough space to spend time together or alone. Within walking distance of Pier Park, which was great.

It would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the kitchen but other than that it was great.Condo was clean and updated. The views were beautiful.

The condo was excellent, the facility was ok. The elevators were terrible, the facility hallways needed odor control though it did get better while there or we got use to it. Code for parking garage was incorrect but we did get correct one from the facility. Had some issues with condo but they did get resolved and it had no effect on our stay.

Thanks for leaving a review, Bill. I am disappointed to see your complaints about the building for the very first time on a public review. We can only address issues that we are made aware of. Though the building is not under our direct control, Tidewater maintenance is extremely responsive to issues when they are told about them. The only issues mentioned to me directly were the slow drain and minor caulking issue, which were resolved the next morning. Reviews really impact owners, and we'd have appreciated an opportunity to earn a 5 star by hearing your concerns in real time.

Our multi generation family had a wonderful vacation at this Condo. We had plenty of room and the condo was well stocked. The view from the 27th floor was stunning!!!

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay! Rachel was very responsive and helpful. There were a couple things that needed attention, and she was right on it. Everything was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend At Tidewater

The place was amazing. Everything was just as it was advertised online. Everyone really enjoyed their private space as well as the balcony and public space. Looking forward to booking there again.
