On the ground level of the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms offering a quiet place to rest separate from the main living space. The first bedroom is a well-decorated and intimate space, with 3 windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a cushioned bench, and a 5-drawer dresser. A spacious closet offers added storage space in the room so you can easily unpack your personal items. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second bedroom, a spacious room with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is located across the hallway from the two bedrooms offering convenient access for the guests of the bedrooms. The bathroom features a modern single-sink vanity with storage space, and a stand-in shower with a sliding glass door. Getting Around:

With its incredible location, this home places you within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note Garage height is 7'11" at max, between the posts in the garage is 9'05". The garage is closed for parking starting 9/14 for approximately 4 weeks.

Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
