Resort fee required: includes 6 facility passes, 2 parking spaces (1 garage,1 street).Addl passes, subject to avail at Sunset Island clubhouse.

The Neighborhood:
Guest entry instructions: this unit utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. All renters must abide by the association's governing documents including the community codes, rules & regulations and policies. Must be 25 years old to rent this home.

You will need to access the guest amenities package from the clubhouse upon arrival - the resort fee you pay includes six (6) facility passes for use of the clubhouse, the pool, and the facilities during your stay Parking notes: Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times - this unit receives 2 temporary parking passes per stay for the use of the garage
