Location was perfect for our trip, condo had everything we needed from beach supplies to shampoo. We loved the view and the pool too !

If you’re thinking about booking this unit, do it!! It was as pretty as the pictures depict and Marty was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came down to surprise my mom for her 70th birthday and any of my last minute changes were accommodated! We will definitely be back next summer

We had a fantastic trip and loved our stay! This was a perfect location to walk to anything you could want. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Marty and George were great hosts! We will be back!

Clean and Comfy

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first visit to OC and the home provided a comfortable night sleep after being out on the beach and boardwalk all day. We enjoyed playing cards in the living room, morning coffee on the balcony and breakfast on the dining table. The bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us.

The condo is very well located on 81st street with plenty of noteworthy restaurants and retailers to walk to. Within one block either side is Fractured Prune, Ropewalk (excellent family friendly restaurant with great food and outdoor kid playground) the Hobbit, Hooked, South Moon Under, Dunkin Donuts. The community pool was also fantastic with a beautiful view of the Bay. There is an easy crosswalk to get to the Ocean which made things easy with kids in tow. The unit itself is nicely decorated and was comfortable for our family of four. The kids each loved their own queen sized beds and we had a generous king sized bed for the master bedroom. The owners were communicative and had a thoughtful starter set gift of soaps, waters, trash bag, etc. instructions were clear and easy to follow for parking (no troubles parking) and accessing the pool. The balcony offers a partial view of the Bay. The owners gave us access to a beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys, and towels which was a very appreciated amenity. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Best Place in OC We’ve ever stayed in!!!!

Show the property was extremely clean! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there! For real from the baby highchair to the beach chairs or the beach cart! Everything you could possible need!! Awesome location to the beach!!! Beds were so comfortable kitchen was beautiful and the outdoor area was crazy cozy enough room for at least eight people or so!! Definitely would rent here again!!! The owner was a quick phone call or text away! Parking was great! We didn’t use the pool but it looks very nice and clean!!!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean City! Condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Marty thought of everything including a bucket of goodies when we arrived. The condo was clean, towels and linens were provided, and there were even DVDs and games available for use. Marty was very responsive and friendly in all of our communications. He really went the extra mile to make a vacation home. The only negative to staying at this location is that only six pool passes are available, and we are a family of eight. As a result, my husband and I were unable to use the pool during our stay. I did discuss this with Marty, and he did his best to fix the situation. For a group of six or less, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Midtown OCMD

Such a phenomenal property in midtown OCMD! It's an excellent layout and well appointed (and in fantastic condition) . Marty literally has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The Bay Sunset is a short and easy walk to the beach at 81st Street (quiet area, lifeguard on duty, plenty of space to stretch out). It's also very close to several great restaurants, has a beach bus stop at the end of the street (for all the fun downtown) and ample, easy to access parking to get you anywhere else you need to go. The condo is lovely, with a big back patio to enjoy bay views or watch the Hobbit restaurant in action. We truly enjoyed this part out town after many years being closer to the boardwalk action. It was also great to not have to lug our own beach equipment (for exception of the umbrella) or squeeze in and out of tight parking areas. Such a fantastic vacation at a beautiful property with an attentive host.

Great for Families

Great property for long family weekend in OCMD. Property was in a great location and had everything we needed for young kids and adults. Property manager was friendly and responsive. Temperature controlled pool was a plus!

Great location and nicely decorated

Communication with owner was great. Room was nicely decorated. Two bedrooms and beds were large and comfortable. Pull out sofa bed was not really usable. My 3rd child just slept on the couch. Kitchen had everything you need. The balcony was one of the highlights.
