Family reunion

We had a lovely stay with our family while attending a reunion. The rental was clean and well appointed. There were may options for dining etc in the area.

This apartment was great for our group. Each person was able to have their own room, and the kitchen and living areas were huge. We can't imagine how we would have found this much space in any other major city. It was really comfortable, easy to access, and the communication with the host was great. The only sort-of downside was that the neighborhood was a little hit or miss. There were many restaurants and some shops, but it didn't always feel as safe to us in the evenings. In general, though, the location provided easy access to the old city and other parts of Quebec City and gave us so much space. We recommend this apartment!

This was a fantastic property for our large family of 14. The home is nicely furnished with tasteful artwork, cozy fireplaces, and generous living areas that made it easy for our group to gather or find quiet privacy. With three separate outdoor spaces and a fully equipped setup with everything you need, we truly felt right at home throughout our stay.Our host, Jean-Charles, was OUTSTANDING. He answered every question promptly and accommodated all of our numerous our requests.The location was centrally located:Convenience: A grocery store and liquor store are just two blocks around the corner.Dining: Good local eateries, including a Michelin Star right nearby.Sightseeing: Central and accessible to all of Québec City's main attractions (about a 20 minute walk)A quick note on accessibility: The property has A LOT of stairs across multiple floors. If you are traveling with older guests or anyone with mobility concerns, plan to have them stay on the second level rather than the third or fourth.Overall, an exceptional home for a large group wanting comfort, character, and space to make memories together in Quebec City.

Great Ladies Getaway!

My college friends and I have decided to go big with room enough to spread out! This was a great condo(s) for all of us to enjoy our own rooms! We loved the location with restaurants within walking distance and all the historical sites close by. We were happy to walk the city! Dominique was attentive to what we needed and helped with recommendations for walkable restaurants! I'll be sure to tell my friends about Quebec City and about the condos! I can't wait to return!

The 2 apartments were very clean and nicely decorated. Communication was wonderful and questions were answered promptly. What kept me from giving it a 5 was that the description failed to mention the stairs. They were dangerous and very steep. It also was not clear that you had to go outside from one apartment to the other and because the neighborhood was full of homeless I was nervous about my granddaughters going from one apartment to another. I also use a cane so for me to have to up to the third floor was very difficult, the second would have been as difficult as well. If I had known about the stair situation I probably would have found another place to stay. I am hoping in the future you will address this.

Great location and property in Quebec City

We really enjoyed our stay at Dominique's property in Quebec City. The apartments were spacious, and overall very clean. Good location overall, with reasonable proximity to restaurants (and about a half mile walk from Rue St. Jean, and 0.8 mile walk to Chateau Frontenac). Parking was $22 per car per day in a garage about one block away. Dominique was wonderful to work with; she was very prompt in addressing any questions we had. The only disadvantage to this property is that the two apartments are only connected to one another by descending a flight of stairs, exiting onto the sidewalk, and then ascending another flight of stairs to access the second apartment. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Dominique!

Merci beaucoup pour le beau séjour! Les lieux étaient propres, confortables, facile d'accès et très conviviaux! Nous avons grandement apprécié. **Informations pour les propriétaires, le grille pain de l'unité du haut ne semble plus fonctionner et il n'a presque plus de pastilles de lave vaisselle dans les deux unités.
