The house was perfect! The photos were accurate, the space was clean and the beds were super comfy! The host James was accommodating, communicative and helpful!

I stayed here with 2 coworkers for a conference close by.Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood and we had all the comforts of home.I loved the king bed and pillows in the master bedroom. It was very comfy!Plush towels in the bathrooms were nice, too.We also enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet backyard after a long day at the conference.The hosts did a lovely job of preparing for our arrival and I appreciated the prompt response when I had a question.

Great place 3 minutes from shopping.

Cute home in a quiet area, with shopping 3 minutes down the road. Home was very clean and well stocked. I'd recommend!

Great location, convenient access to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Owner had great communication. Easy check in/check out. Very clean. King size bed was comfortable. Would rent this property again.

It is a practical, cozy and comfortable place. It has everything you need for your stay as if you were in your home. There are nearby areas for food and entertainment, with easy access to the highway. The owner is communicative, clear with the instructions and helpful. Would stay here again. Thank you for everything.

The location was perfect as far as shopping and restaurant options. It was fairly clean. We never utilized the backyard but I noticed used tobacco products just sitting in the fire pit when I opened the back door to look around. There was a horrible odor (so bad that I didn’t even want to go in the space) in the kitchen area but I will say that the owner sent someone to check it out, I had sprayed Lysol and turned on the ceiling fan so the smell wasn’t noticeable once the person arrived but I was told he’d swing back by later on to see if it smelled then. I’m not sure if he ever stopped back by but I did purchase Pinesol to wipe stuff down. This is my second time booking a VRBO listing, what I did not like is that although the listing showed an occupancy for 8 people, we had 5 (4 adults, 1 child) and were charged a 25 fee for an extra person and was informed that after the 4th and 5th person, there is a fee for each person after that. I’m not sure if that’s normal but I really hope not. I will agree with another reviewer, the driveway is extremely steep. I parked on the street the next night but there isn’t much lighting at night and was afraid that my car might would get hit. One of the rooms had no tv, so that would be a nice addition to add.
