Partly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in the first line by the ocean where is everything nearby. The apartment is divided into two levels. In the lower part there is a living area, a kitchen and one bedroom with two single beds. In the upper part, you will find the master bedroom including a private bathroom and a dressing room. There is also a spacious terrace with seating area and garden view with palms. There is a swimming pool in the complex. Several beaches, restaurants, shops are nearby.

The apartment is a part of Parque Santiago II complex which is fully fenced and provide beautiful outdoor green surrounding with lot of palm trees and newly refurbished heated swimming pool for adults as well as for children. Sunbeds and parasol around the pool for a fee!

Check in after 20:00 is charged (20€) - not included in the price and payable on the place to the person who hands you the keys.
The use of swimming pool is for free but you have to pay for sunbeds and parasol if you want to use them.
