As part of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, this home gives you access to all sorts of amenities, including 11 pools (a beachside pool and five seasonally heated pools among them), five lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, an 18-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, and a playground.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community with its own stretch of white sand beach, easily accessed by walking a few blocks from this home. It also enjoys a central location for exploring Panama City Beach, with WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Signal Hill Golf Course, and ZooWorld within two miles.

After a beautiful day spent swimming, beachcombing, or perfecting your mini-golf skills (two putters and balls are provided), come home to unwind at this two-story townhouse. Sip a cold cocktail upstairs on the breezy balcony or set the outdoor table for appetizers and dinner on the patio. Inside, you'll find an open kitchen and dining area, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and other home comforts, including central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
