This sernely styled huge studio apartment is in the heart of Downtown Des Moines. This secured building offers an elevator, WiFi, & Rokiu TV. Explore the Sculpture Park across the street or head to Big Grove Brewery just steps away. Your central location puts you within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Plenty of parking on all sides of the building . The spacious studio features a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, and a separate laundry room.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!
The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.

If you already have a ParkMobile app affiliated with another city, that app will work.
