The condo is situated perfectly for privacy and connection to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was immaculate. It was a perfect stay.

Very well-equipped and nice unit. We loved being on the ground floor with the large patio and instant accessibility to the lawn, pool, and beach. Master shower is amazing. Kitchen is excellent. Check in and communication from host was excellent. Would love to come back here again!

Will only stay here in Cabo.

Loved the place! Had family in two other apartments in Mykonos and they were both jelly about ours! Not a bad view in the place, right off the beach and steps to the pool!

Perfect location

This floor level condo looks directly onto the beach. It's easy, beautiful and fully stocked. We loved everything

Great place in Cabo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location right on the beach. The condo was near markets and restaurants and even a couple great coffee shops. Frederick was very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend

Great stay!

This property is fabulous. On the water. Newly remodeled. Walking distance to Zippers which is no longer the dive bar of yesteryear. Easy in and out. My only suggestion is they should have a table of some sort outside. Currently a love seat and two chairs. Will stay again.

Hidden gem in plain sight

When first pulling in to the resort, I was expecting a dated condominium. This unit, however, has undergone a wonderful Renovation. The views are simply spectacular. Nice size outdoor patio with gas grill. You are literally feet from the beach. Were somewhat small, but very private and not at all crowded. Well-equipped kitchen, although the invisible stove top was a bit tricky to master. Very easy communication with the property management staff. Would recommend having a car, but there are fantastic grocery stores nearby. Very close to downtown San Jose del Cabo.

I give the place 5 *.Too long to list the good things. Let me point out a few negatives.There is some huge construction on tje main road nirth of the condo. It will probably take month more. That will add 5-10 minutes ypu your drive to town or to the airport.Hot water was hard to figure out. Shower valves are mislabeled - hotcold. And it takes a minute or more forthr hot water to travel between thd heater (in the laundry room) and the showers. Give it time.Suggestion for management: the place needs some serious darkening shades/blinds. The current drapes are gorgeous but stop lityle l8ght from outside.The above are hints/info for you; they would not prevent me from going again.K
