Is there anything more relaxing than listening to the waves as they crash against the shore while relaxing in a lounge chair at the beach, pool side or on your own terrace? Welcome to San Jose del Cabo and las Mananitas # 3302. This 3rd floor luxury condo with wide open views of the Sea of Cortez from every room will be sure to please.
The Space:
#3302 boasts 1900+ feet square of luxury living in a modern Mexican style with traditional Mexican touches. ONDO DETAILS
You will enjoy the 3rd floor unit-low enough to walk the stairs if you wish but high enough for privacy and to capture cool ocean breezes and incredible views of breaking surf, breeching whales and jumping rays. There is a large elevator and wagons to borrow to take the load off carrying your groceries.
High end Tommy Bahama Home furnishings blend with terra cotta tile floors and accessories in the colors of the desert for a pleasing aesthetic. Built-in huge Mexican sofas can sit 7 and are comfortable for sleeping if you need extra space. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs and high speed fiber optic internet is included for streaming movies and shows.
DINING AND KITCHEN
The dining table seats 6 and two counter chairs offer extra dining options. Fully furnished kitchen includes everything needed to make a meal and a margarita. Stainless steel appliances and natural stone counter tops warm the kitchen. While the building is equipped with a water filtration system for your peace of mind and convenience, there is a Britta filter water pitcher included as well as a large water dispenser for your use if you choose bottled water. We do not use bottled water and have never gotten ill.
BEDROOMS
Master bedroom includes a California king bed, bath with double sinks and separate tub and shower tiled with hand painted Mexican tiles. Closet with built in drawers and 2 dressers allow for ample space to unpack. There is a full- size leather topped desk if you must work while in paradise. At least you will have a great view! There is also a safe for your valuables.
Second bedroom includes 2 queen sized beds, memory foam mattress toppers, ample furniture and built ins for unpacking, luggage racks and a large bathroom with traditional Mexican tiles and a large shower.
There are sliding doors out to the terrace from both bedrooms.
#3302 is perfect for couples, friend groups and families with children as it includes a bathtub as well as hand held shower, tile floors and a Laundry room in unit which includes detergent.
There are 6 beach chairs, a cooler and ice packs, sun umbrellas, beach towels, floats, and boogie boards supplied for your use.
THE 400+ ft sq terrace will become your favorite “room” of all and includes a dining table, 3 lounge chairs with ottomans, built in Mexican benches and a sofa. There is an extra drink fridge on the terrace for your convenience.
COMMON AMENITIES in this 5 star complex include 3 pools (one is saltwater!) and hot tubs, grilling areas and swim up bars with refrigerators and ice makers. There is a kiddie pool, fully outfitted air-conditioned gym (with a small library area where you can take or leave your beach read), outdoor gym, 6 hole putting green, tennis and pickle ball courts, and car wash all in a secured complex with 24 hour guarded gate. The management company is at the front of the property and can assist with any of your tour bookings.

The Neighborhood:
The Condo is beach front and there are several “feet in the sand” restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk down the beach. If the sea is too rough to swim right out in front of the property, you can enjoy watching the surfers. There are several coves within 10-15 minute drive with calmer waters for swimming and snorkeling.
ABOUT SAN JOSE DEL CABO
San Jose is 15-20 minutes from the Cabo airport and 20 minutes from San Lucas center. There are many restaurants and activities within a short walk from the condo. La Comer grocery store is just across the street. The condo is about a mile to the mission square and easily reachable by bike, local bus, or an Uber. (Ubers are very inexpensive compared to the US)
Some say San Jose is the little sister of San Lucas. Some say the more sophisticated sister. San Jose has a renowned Art gallery district and several farm to table restaurants. The old town is quaint and safe and full of restaurants and shops for your browsing pleasure. The Marina is world class.
The one thing we enjoy most about San Jose is that we are not bothered by aggressive hawkers either on the beaches or in town.
