Enjoy the delights of nature in a panoramic view. All new barn unit. Sleeps three. Great for couples, small families, individuals and business travelers. Dirt road walks, blazing sunsets, starlit nights. Hang out right near the barn babies. Meet Zeke (Tennessee Walker), Zoe (Dairy Heifer), Zeb (Minature Horse) and Zuri (Halflinger/Quarterhorse). Less than five minutes from beach route to Panama City, Florida and just 10 minutes to Dothan, this delightful barn unit sits way off the road on five acres of bliss. Sawyers Farm Produce is just up the road with fresh farm pickins. Apline Tomato Farm is just a five minute drive with goats, horses and a playground with nature adventures for kids. Working Cows Dairy is an organic dairy farm less than 10 minutes away. Great chocolate milk!!! You can’t find better food than at Zack’s Restaurant known for their southern cuisine and Nates Oyster Bar. Both just a six mile drive into Slocomb. Come get some fresh air and make some sweet memories! *This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.*

Perfect weekend getaway

Me, my husband, and my 2 dogs came up for a long weekend and it was so serene. The property is lovely and the animals were so fun to pet. Debbie was wonderful!

Very nice place and owner!

Communication with property owner was easy, she was very responsive. Property was VERY clean. Beautiful and scenic property. Pet friendly for our newly adopted dog. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

The place was great, we stopped in for a 1 night stay on our way to the beach. Clean and beautiful veiws. The animals was the main reason we came to stay and we got to see them and pet the white horse and the pony. We had a wonderful stay, we didnt get to meet Debbie but we did talk a couple of times and she was very nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great okace to rest

Home away from home

Quiet and restful , uniquely decorated. Cottage supplied with everything you need. Loved the animals and eating out on the deck. Already planned to stop here again on our return.

Loved waking up with the horses

My family and I enjoyed waking up and seeing the horses right in our front door! We enjoyed the place and the farm animals. We felt welcomed and Debbie is a great host too! We definitely had a great stay! Thanks so much!!

Very Pleased

Traveling from Indiana to Florida stayed here over night and couldn't have been more pleased. I was pulling the bass boat and had our small dog with us. Had plenty of room to park in very quiet and safe area. Hostess couldn't have been nicer. Loved all the horses as well. Just a great fit for us.

What a suprise

Was not sure what to expect as the property was so expansive and rural. The little house has horses and a cow outside of it and I did not know what to think as my husband picked it, so don’t let the outside fool you! This little house has everything you need inside and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very nice and friendly. I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Relaxing Stay

We had such a great time at Zeke’s House. The owner, Debbie, is very friendly and always available if you need anything. We needed a place for a few days while our RV was having repairs done. Zeke’s House was a perfect fit for us. It’s a relaxing farm environment close to Dothan. The property is clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities. We had a really relaxing time and enjoyed our days there very much! Thank you so much, Debbie!

Idyllic country retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this country retreat. It is a lovely and well-appointed "cabin" adjoining a barn and pasture. It is well-maintained, beautifully furnished and spotless. The close proximity to the very friendly cow, horse and ponies were enjoyed by adults and children alike. Morning coffee at the cafe table on the front porch was a true delight. Our host was also very friendly, while also very respectful of our quiet and privacy. We are looking forward to booking our next stay!

Super cute and comfy

It was perfect except for one slow moving german cockroach. Clearly there had been spraying for bugs so I know the owner was trying to tackle the problem. Roaches are a part of life in the moist ground of Southern Alabama. O/W the place was PERFECT!! Don't hold one little half dead roach against the place!

Just passing thru

2nd time here, love the easy check in and out process. My dog loved to mingle with the farm animals ( Me too ) The bed is so comfortable which offers a great night sleep and waking feelinf refreshed for the rest of our trip.
