We had an excellent experience staying at the cottage. Directions from the house were clear and reasonable. Accommodations were clean, and complementary water and cookies were great after the long drive! The location was hard to beat too!

We had a great time staying at The Cottage. It’s located a short drive from the state park, downtown, and great breweries. The home itself was very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes. Dennis provided everything needed for check in days prior which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Cottage was charming, immaculate and comfortable. The communication with our host was seamless and pleasant. Access to local activities was easy. Parking was easy and off the street. You could see your vehicle. It was so much nicer than staying at a traditional hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Lisa & Ted

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Every detail was thoughtfully designed to maximize the space and provide for every need. Nearby Geneva offered lots to explore, even in the winter. We were very comfortable, and would definitely stay again!

Everything was easy from checking in to enjoying this beautiful home...Dennis' place is top notch and he has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

We opened The Cottage at the Blue House in May of this year and have had great success with bookings and guest approvals. We are grateful the our guests have enjoyed their stays and will strive to make the experience even more fun and enjoyable.

We were looking for a small house to stay for our recent visit to see family. The cottage was perfect. A modern touch, clean and had the essentials like towels, sheets, fridge, coffee maker and much more. Location worked for us to golf, visit wineries and eat at some great local restaurants. Host had great communication. We would recommend.

This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay at the Finger Lakes! The cottage was immaculate - very clean, cozy and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Check-in was an absolute breeze and the location of the house was very convenient to lots of great places in the area. Dennis was an excellent host and we would highly recommend his cottage if you are looking for an awesome place to stay on Lake Seneca!

Amazing little house

Love this house, everything was perfect and very clean. Neighbors are very nice and i had no problem sleeping. Highly recommend!!

Very clean and pleasant. Everything worked as expected. Dennis was very pleasant, and always ready to help with any problems… Had none….. we would definitely stay again whenever we want to visit the beautiful Finger Lakes region….

Everything was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Exactly what we needed and more than we expected! I had some difficulties with managing the split unit for heat (silly me) and Dennis responded immediately and even stopped by to show me how to work it properly. Very accommodating, close to so many fun activities as well. If we are ever back in Geneva we will absolutely be booking with Dennis again :)

We had great communication with Dennis. Great location with convenient access to attractions on and around Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. Check-in was very simple. Nice, roomy dog walking area at rear of the property if traveling with a dog. Inside was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and nicely appointed. Downstairs half bath was a nice convenience. Mini splits kept each of the rooms at a comfortable temperature. Would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in the Finger Lakes region.

Very clean and updated. Communication was quick and easy. Location was great for local wineries and lake. The only disappointment was the outdoor space/firepit is shared with the guests of the blue house.

This was our first ti.e coming here. We will return and hopefully book here again. This was truely the highlight of our trip and to the owners i say JOB WELL DONE !!! Ty for having us and the place is ready for your next guest as it was for us. The attention to detail was perfect and made us feel right at home. My girl was impressed and cant wait to come back !!!
