Calypso--Right on the beach

I was totally unaware you were so dissatisfied. I wish you had given me a call to make you stay more adequate. I almost had 50 perfect 10's before your you review (48). The chair was broken by the guests who left before you. The cleaning put it over to the side and faced backward on the deck because it couldn't fit in the closet. We made every effort to show the damage so the next guest would not use it. The other chairs on the deck were not affected. However, the chair will be fixed or removed this weekend. I am unaware of a leak but will send a plumber, I rely on guests to let me know of any repairs that need to be made. The grills are replaced twice a year and take a beating during the summer. Generally at the end of summer. I rely on guests to clean after use. Honestly, we have been thinking about just not providing a grill for that reason. Mattresses are chosen on a blend of our personal preference and overall customer ratings. That's an area where you just can't please everyone so generally rely on my own families' preferences since it is our home.
