This was a last minute booking in a location we had not been to before. The house is located very close to the beach with no stairs to get over the dunes which make hauling all of your beach items back and forth much easier. The home had everything we needed and was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Ours dogs had such a blast on the beach and it was an easy walk to the beach! Beautiful sunsets and just overall a perfect location. Communication with the host was incredible and any questions were answered quickly! Hopefully will be back next summer!

Breathtaking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Potter House! The location to the beach is amazing and the views breathtaking. Only complaint was since we had our dog with us, we didn’t want to leave! Truly enjoyed our time, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the views were beautiful—we loved being able to enjoy the beach and water right from the house. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great property right on the beach. My family really enjoyed our stay. House was excellent and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Perfect vacation spot.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would say was a little odd was the downstairs bedroom. It’s tiny with two twin beds. Otherwise, the house was perfect! It’s so close to the beach and the view from the living room and porch was amazing!

Beautiful property directly on the beach. It was very clean with lots of amenities. The communication with the property manager prior to our stay was greatly appreciated. Our dog loved it!! We will be back!!

We had the best Christmas getaway at this rental! Direct beach access in a single family home. Home was in great shape, spacious parking, and pet friendly. Couldn’t ask for more!
