Great location on the water. Weather was beautiful, had the opportunity to utilize the water amenities! Host responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was very nice and comfortable. The outside patio has no roof so if it rains it is not useable. The host was quick to respond to my questions. You do have to supply some basic items like toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. The algae was really bad and we could only enter the water at the very end of the dock.This is a risk you take renting in Lakeville.

Our stay was amazing! The property was nice and quiet, beautiful views with the lakefront, and awesome spaces both inside and out. Highly recommend!

Great rental

Such a great property, great location. We walked to a few breweries and had coffee outside on the quiet deck with a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Location on the lake was great! Loved being able to use the bikes and kayaks. House had everything we needed to make a meal and relax. Very nice set up for two couples. Communication with the owner was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very close to SUNY Geneseo, great place on lake. Many great restaurants near by. Owners were very responsive.

Summer weekend trip

My family and I had a great stay at this lake house. It was super cute, just what we needed and had a great view. It was very relaxing to sit by the water and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend this location and would love to visit again!

Best place for a little getaway!

We had the best experience! The house was very cute very clean and so close to the water the dock was great! My boyfriend and I loved the paddle board! Definitely will be back!

Very clean. Listing is exactly as described. Unfortunately weather was a little cool so we didn't get to enjoy the water amenities. Sunsets were amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Great value for a lake front property! House is just around the corner from restaurants and Vitale Park. Kitchen is well stocked, and having the washer and dryer with a child was key. Would 100% recommend.

My family of 4 with 2 teens had a great stay. It was a perfect sized house for us with all amenities we needed, including kayaks, paddleboard, bikes, outdoor firepit, grill & more. Awesome family vacation spot on a beautiful lake with a great location to local restaurants & breweries. Michele was a great host. Thank you for a wonderful family memory!

Glorious stay on Conesus Lake!

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay @ Michele’s lovely cottage! We are a family of four and the hosts provided everything we needed; the cottage is spotless; plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids; lovely and quiet neighborhood; small park w/in walking distance; lots of restaurants & shops nearby; lake access is clean and safe for the children; we used the paddle board, kayaks, fishing poles & floats. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Lake Get A Way

We had the perfect weekend at this lake cottage! Everything was clean and perfect when we arrived! Being able to access the lake made our boating experience a breeze!! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We would 10/10 recommend! Hopefully we’ll be back again!

What a great lakeside cottage. The condition of this cottage was almost like new and by far the cleanest, best equipped we have ever rented. The amenities and supplies for guests to use, whether on the water or in the cottage were the most we have ever seen. The hosts are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Close proximity to excellent restaurants was very convenient. Just a great stay.D & M June 2025

Lakeside excellent host clean cozy cottage

Spent a girls weekend at the lake. Thenhistnwas amazing and the cottage was lovely and exceptionally beautiful. Everything you would need was there and then some. Location was perfect. Level ground and on the water with dock for boat We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying with the host. Thank you Michelle 😊

Great getaway

The cottage was lovely, very clean, very relaxing decor. The cottage was beautiful. The access to the water was great. Having use of the kayaks and paddleboard was a bonus, and it was nice to be able to have a little fire by the water at night. It’s just what I needed. I also traveled with my 16-year-old son and his friend and they had a wonderful time as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

Weekend stay for a local wedding

My fiancée and I booked this house for us and another couple to stay at for 2 nights as an alternative to a comparably priced hotel while we were in town for a wedding.
