Great view of the lake. Our group had 7 adults and 2 toddlers, we fit comfortably. The hosts were very responsive as well.

Our stay was wonderful! Christine was so attentive to our needs and answered all questions immediately. The home was also immaculate. We were all impressed with the cleanliness. We loved the view and having 2 kayaks was an added bonus. Our time on the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. We honestly can’t wait to stay again! Thank-you Christine & Ralph for sharing this beautiful space with us.

The Lake house was as advertised, very clean, wonderful lake front property for us to enjoy. Definitely a great place to stay. My communication with Christine was very good and timely. The bottle of wine was very nice surprise.

Wonderful stay

Great cottage for our family reunion of 8. We enjoyed the boats, walking paths near the inlet and state parks on nearby lakes.

Very nice location, was surprised at some of things lacking that are normal for other places we have stayed. Nothing left for like salt,pepper, or even hand soap in bathrooms. Some of the pictures are deceiving on there size. The instructions on things to do before you left are difficult with 10 people and except all towels washed and folded and back in place. We did the best we could. Had a good time. Nice home.

Hi Steve. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall. Thank you for your comments. We do not provide condiments for guests or hand soap. Coffee pods, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided and I hope that you found having those on hand helpful. We do not like the idea of rationing towels. At last estimate you and your guests would have had access to over 30 towels/beach towels in addition to hand towels and wash cloths. For that reason we do ask that the towels be washed, dried, and put away. I can consider limiting the towels available moving forward. You may have noticed that we do NOT charge a separate cleaning fee. In order to make that possible having the towels done allows us to allocate the washer to linens while we are cleaning and helps us not rely on a larger 3rd party cleaning crew. We are always looking to improve and we appreciate your thoughtful feedback!

Our weekend was for a ladies glamping trip. We arrived a little and walked the property before we could enter. It is a long grassy property leading to the water and dock. We had hoped for warmer weather to take the kayaks out but it didn't get over 67.Once we walked into the house it is a complete wall of windows looking out to the water. Absolutely STUNNING!The house is equipped with everything you can think of and more. The table in the dining room was like 10 or 12 feet long and sat us all comfortably. Plenty of room for 2 Euchre games at once.Thank you Christine for you hosting our time away.Cindy

The property was clean and in great shape.It was as advertised. It had plenty of parking that was very close to the entrance.We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and all the amenities. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Lake Week

We had a great week at Stoney Beach Cottage! Good sized bedrooms, lots of amenities, and of course the perfect location. Hosts were great to work with. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Very nice lake house

Was perfect for my family to hang out and stay at with our wedding just down the road, the house is very nice and clean. Very easy to contact the owners and an amazing house to be at!

We had a wonderful time at Stoney Beach! The property was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Communication with Christine was fantastic - really terrific hosts who want their guests to have a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Girls trip

Just like pictured. Easy check in. Close to hiking and wineries. Kayaks were fun and lake was beautiful. Perfect for girls’ trip!

The Lake House was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The host was wonderful and answered any questions I had very quickly.

Very Pleasant Stay

Check in was a breeze. The house was spotless just as in the pictures. They even left us a bottle of local wine. Would certainly rent again.

Beautiful place

Clean, comfortable, spacious home right on the lake. Fantastic view of the water. Loved every minute of being there. A first floor bedroom with bathroom close by was perfect for my elderly Mom.

Great stay

Perfect place for our girls weekend for 6! Everything was clean, there was lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The host was very responsive and there was a bottle of wine from the local winery and a nice welcome note when we arrived. It was a great weekend!

Our Third Year

This was our group’s 3rd year staying at this property. It’s proximity to SUNY Geneseo makes it a great place to stay to visit college students. Always clean and welcoming! Highly recommend.

Reunion

Had a wonderful time catching up with girlfriends from high school. Location was great, the view of the full moon over the lake at night was gorgeous. The house was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our big group.

Perfect spot to celebrate Geneseo Graduate!

An amazing location! Had everything we needed for an awesome celebration! Beautiful house and lake! Christina was a great host and very responsive! Wish we had found this place during our son’s freshman year not at graduation!!
