This was an amazing experience, the atmosphere is incredible. Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were just perfect, and the primary room and bathroom great and the views were breathtaking. We enjoyed easy access to the HarborWalk, where we had a variety of activities. The staff was awesome and the customer service great!! We will definitely be returning for a visit again.

We had an incredible time staying here! There was so many things to do all the time. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were never too crowded, there was always something we could find to do, especially the harborwalk which had TONS of things to do for young and older kiddos!! We will definately recommend staying here. From the moment we booked, to the moment we checked out, everyone we spoke with was fantastic!

Amazing view of the pass, the gulf, and the harbor. I especially enjoyed being so close to Harbor Walk which has food and shopping just an elevator ride away. The hot tub and indoor pool were also nice to have since the weather can he cool in November.

Check in was smooth, no trouble there. We stepped in the room and every cabinet and drawer were opened and the couch pillows were off. Thermostat was set to 68 and was locked and remained at 78 degrees, it was boiling hot in there. Called the front desk and they told me to contact the host to unlock the thermostat. Called the host and he said that maintenance should take care of that, called the front desk back and they said someone would come by and they never showed. It finally cooled down at night but the next day as the sun came out it went right back up to 78. There was hair stuck to the shower wall and beard trimmings left around one of the sinks. Pool was mirky and full of hair.

Wonderful condo

Beautiful condo, comfortable and very clean. Wonderful resort. We have stayed at the Emerald Grande several times before and this was our favorite condo. We will be back.

Spring break 2025

Great stay! Nice and clean. Quick to respond. Only issue was the air stopped working but property had it fixed in 45 mins.

I want to be honest that we were very disappointed with our stay. Our family of five had planned this visit as a relaxing final stop at a beautiful resort after a very busy trip in Orlando, hoping it would be a peaceful way to unwind before flying back to the cold north.We booked our stay about a month in advance and were never informed that exterior renovations would be taking place on our side of the resort. As a result, both balconies in our suite were inaccessible, and the family-friendly hot tub located below was closed due to construction.The following morning, we were woken at 7:45am by loud drilling and pounding from the construction. We were shocked to see a worker accessed our balcony, used a leaf blower, and opened an unlocked door to look inside our suite. This was extremely unsettling, especially given that we were traveling with young children whom were all sitting in the living room and witnessed it.I did bring these concerns to the owner’s attention, and they did reimburse a portion of our stay, which I appreciated. However, due to the circumstances we likely would have picked a different location having known of this construction.
