This was the best experience my husband and I have had with a condo stay! The condo was clean, modern and comfortable. Usually by the end of a vacation, my back is screaming because I sleep on a poor quality mattress. I didn’t have a single moment of discomfort during our stay because the beds were very comfortable. - Overall, we will be looking for Perry again on our next booking!

The property was exactly as advertised and offered all the amenities and details we could have wished for. With two large bedrooms and a separate bunk room we were able to comfortably bring together family for an activity packed memorable stay. Perry was wonderful to work with and when asked provided some excellent advice and perspective on the area and how to enjoy it best. One of the favorite elements of this property was the breath-taking views able to be enjoyed from both bedrooms as well as the shared living room balconies. Destin is such a special destination and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Perry more memories in Perrydise! Thank you for everything.

Don’t hesitate booking this condo! Everything was perfect! The Emerald Grande is the best place we have stayed at on a family vacation. You’ll love the easy beach ferry and set up at the beach. The water was beautiful! The pool was so nice too! Shopping and dining all within walking distance. And the fireworks from the balcony on Thursday nights are not to be missed! Thank you so much!

Loved the location, beautiful views from the 11th floor, staff was friendly (especially Jorge @ the poolside bar. He went above & beyond and throughly made you feel like family) Some construction noise & gated off areas were little inconvenient but overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
