Near Phillies, Sixers and Flyers stadiums. Near Sesame place and Great Adventure. Near NJ and New York City also. Newly renovated. Washer/dryer, and dedicated parking available. (4) 55inch HD/4k smart flat screen TV's provided (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each room) in case privacy is warranted. Sound bar provided in the living room. High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. Front porch seating available for beautiful and rainy days. Coffee shop, pub, gym and many stores in walking distance. Near water for fishing. Vibrant area. Events day and night. Fun filled adventures daily.

Nice stay close too Sesame

Our family enjoyed our stay here at Mr.Humeville! Walking distance too coffee and restaurants!! Stayed here to take our baby girl too Sesame and explore Peddlers Village.

Comfortable and beautiful old home

We enjoyed the home and area. The rooms were simple and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and cabinets. We loved the town of Hulmeville and enjoyed taking our well behaved dog for a walk in the park across the street. Our host was very responsive.

Brief getaway

Family cane into town for the holidays and we really dont have much room so we went rented a home. Everything was great about the house the only thing i got nervous about was a crack in the bathroom ceiling so I sent a picture and Im sure they will take care of it. I didnt really notice until the end that there were no instructions for check out. We took the trash out and cleaned up but our family guests had an early flight and they didnt touch base with us until late the night before. Hopefully all was ok.

Perfect for Levittown visit

We were in town visiting family in Levittown. The location was perfect for us, as was the fact the house is dog-friendly. Check-in process was seamless, the house was very clean and as advertised. We'll definitely keep this house on our list for future visits.

Excellent

The place was clean and accommodating. Nice little touches to make you feel like valued guests. We only stayed for one night to be close to a concert at the Parx Casino, so the location was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I thought the property was lovely. Very convenient to the venue where I was staying. It truly was a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. I personally believe the housekeeping can do a better job at dusting and cleaning the floors. It was a bit noticeable. Overall, the experience was pleasant. If we are in the area again, we definitely will use you again. Thank you!

Overnight

Needed a nice overnight stay near Sesame Place for my husband and myself and small kids. The home really was exactly like the pictures and described perfectly. Wish we booked for Longer!

Great stay!

This was a great location and super clean home! We came for a show at the casino and the home was well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking, great location with a cute little coffee shop right down the street, and nice outdoor space. Clear instructions and dining options left by host. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Nice place comfy and clean !

We went there for a tournament and the place was pretty nice and comfy. The couches are very very comfy ! Nice place and quiet ! We loved it ! Super clean !!!

Perfect Location for Sesame Place

The house was perfect for our short stay! We enjoyed how close it was to Sesame Place, some delicious food, a playground, and all other amenities we needed! Loved the coffee shop you could walk to! We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch as well!

Great location, lots of info from host.

Great location, our host had the house in top condition. Host had lots of information on things to do in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend it to everyone and look forward to staying here again.

A nice place to stay!

There were a lot of good things about this house, with a few concerns: Positives: Lots of water in the fridge and a water filter Nice indoor and outdoor seating for meals Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans Negatives: It’s was not as clean as expected per the other reviews Cleaning supplies were sitting out in each room, which is hard with young children Only instant coffee provided, so bring your own!

Great stay - minutes from Sesame Place

This property was perfect for what we wanted: a dog-friendly location minutes from Sesame Place, with space to cook and relax with family. Attentive and friendly host, clean property. We really enjoyed it!

Family Trip

Spent three nights to visit Sesame Place. Convenient location, walkable coffee shop and restaurants. Perfect place to relax after a busy day at the park. Host was very communicative and expecations were clearly listed in each room. Jerry clearly takes a lot of pride in his home and is quite pleasant. However, we did experience a rodant issue the first night (perks of an old home) and there was leftover laundry from a previous guest under the dresser. Even with these small hiccups, the pros outweighed the cons and the stay met our expectations. We'd reccomend and stay again.

Perfect spot for sesame place trips

We stayed 2 nights to visit family in the area and visit sesame place. The house has one parking spot behind it, which was nice to have off street parking. One morning we walked to the coffee shop down the road and the coffee and food were great. The house was clean enough, but they could likely use a better cleaner between renters. Nothing dirty enough to impede our stay, but I will reach out to the owner to mention a few items that could be improved. Overall, would recommend.

Quaint, quiet place

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Hulmeville and can’t wait to be back! We felt very safe in this small town with our two babies. The grandparents stayed with the kids and we checked out the Inn, which was in walking distance! Grabbed a drink with the nicest bartenders who told us all about the town. Thank you for our stay!

Awesome place to stay

Our whole family truly enjoyed our stay! House was clean and ready for guests. It has an awesome back deck that we enjoyed relaxing on at night. Quiet neighborhood. If we ever come back to PA we will most certainly book here again. The host was exceptionally helpful, polite, and understanding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks so much for the memories!!!

My property is unique because it provides a unique comfortability level because of the unique location. The back deck provides a comforting morning time coffee and breakfast, a beautiful midday brunch, and/or a lively dinner theme of your choice. The view of the water, the unique passing animals and birds provide all the sights and sounds you will need. The front porch also has seating which provides a soothing experience when you want to relax, watch the locals walk by and/or listen to and watch the cars drive by. You can also enjoy the rain in total, while sitting under the extended roof on the front porch. Inside also provides an historical comforting feeling. Each room provides a 55inch smart TV, to please everyone’s entertainment needs. The washer and dryer is in the kitchen, to minimize work. Comfort is the goal. Overall, the property is wonderfully simple. I thank you for your time.
