Lugar y sus alrededores muy a gusto, el único detalle es que al llegar la cama no estaba tendida, como que el último huésped así la dejó y así se quedó. Fuera de eso, nada grave.

Everything was great. I will recommend this property to anyone and I will stay here myself again. It’s perfect if you just need a place to rest your head. The listing was accurate and easy to find and get into. The host was very helpful, responsive to any needs. Again. I would recommend this to anyone.

Walking distance to the beach so you dont have to pay parking. Close proximity to restaurants and bars as well. The place is super clean and cozy. I felt safe there too. I would stay again. The owner has a generator too in case the power goes out.

Checking in was super easy. Apartment has microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a fridge. Air conditioner works well. Everything is as advertised. I had a great experience.

Quiet Clean Comfortable

Great location near some restaurants, and grocery stores, on quiet street. AC, microwave, fridge, private entrance. Friendly and responsive host!

Great location

It has everything you need even for cooking (it’s clear that the host was thoughtful) and it’s in a good location at a reasonable price. The only negative was the bed- it’s not very structurally stable and sags a bit in the middle making couple-sleeping less comfortable than it could be. There’s also bleach stains on the bedding/it could be cleaner. Overall, we were quite happy with it for a couple nights.

We knew that this property would not be fancy. It is well situated to restaurants as beautifuo beaches. Yes it is small but pretty well appointed kind of like students quarters. It is a quiet place, air conditioner and both fan work well. Very clean. Rudimentary kitchen equiment. Nice outdoor space to sit large tropical trees. TV has netflix.

My visit was unforgettable. I met some amazing people and made irreplaceable memories. The landlord is very friendly, local, and informative. I was able to see the rainforest, old San Juan, all the night life, have lots of adventures, eat native food. One of a kind experience 10/10.

That was a wonderful experience, a lot of restaurants near at a walkable distance and everything else was like 20 to 25 minutes drive. The only problem with me was like I feel like somebody got in the room and stole my bracelet and necklace cause I had them in the bathroom and they just disappeared.I looked everywhere but they were just gone!!!

Perfect for What It Is!

The "apartment" is small, the bathroom & shower are small, the neighbor hood is fine, but after dark walking from the main street to the apartment is a bit eerie. However, I would stay in the apartment again and would recommend it to any solo traveler or couples who don't need a lot. The space worked perfectly for my needs & the location was great!

I liked that it was a 2-block walk to the beach or several places to eat. I did not like that is was SO SMALL with very little shelving or space to put your things. Not ideal for 2 people. Walls are very thin; we could hear everything from the next room. Wi-Fi was spotty and TV often could not get a signal. Lastly the hot water went out twice on our 2 days stay. the neighborhood is ok. Lots of rental units and short stays.
