This condo includes access to 5 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), water slide pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. This condo also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), exercise room, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds. 4 bed/3 bath. Master: King | Guest 1: King | Guest 2: King | Guest 3: 3 T & F. We also provide a Queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). We also provide a Queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress).

The actual condo was very clean, plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 children. At the club house, you need another pool for younger kids, need more shade for adults. The actual resort is old. Building needs cleaning and painted, indoor pool was closed.

Had a great time

Had a great time. Nice, large clean condo. My only complaint is that the internet was pretty slow. Other than that, we highly recommend.

Holiday Vacation!!

Had a great five day stay here! This is our third year coming down for the holidays with our family! The condo fit everybody! There is lots of room for games and hanging out and eating!Great view of the deck, beautiful sunsets! Indoor pool and pickleball were just some of the things we did! Already anticipating next years trip!!

Great Place

Everything was great! It was a nice family vacation spot. We had children ranging from 7 years to 7 months. Swimming pools and many other activities to keep our family just the right amount of busy and relaxed. House was clean and comfortable. We will stay again.

Loud Construction in Unit Below

We were awakened at 7:15 Thursday and Friday morning by a very loud jackhammer that was being used in the unit directly below us. It ruined the peacefulness that we were looking forward to with our morning coffee and breakfast. I called the VRBO customer service number because the property office didn't open until 8:00 but nobody ever got back to me. Also, there was a large mouse/rat that kept hanging out on the balcony and leaving calling cards! The property location was perfect for our stay. It great in relation to the golf courses we played and restaurants, etc.. A dresser and a door mirror would be a nice addition to the other 2 king bedrooms to accommodate adults.The only full length mirror was in the master bath. The paper towels that were there disintegrated into little white flakes that made it look like it was snowing - a little bit better quality would go a long way! Overall though, the property is very nice and the size was perfect for 6 adults.

Plenty of room and nice layout of rooms, the condo seems to have most supplies. It was clean and company seemed to respond in a timely manner. It’s an older facility that seems like with a little love and attention could make a huge difference. Initially we were given the wrong code and after driving 6 hours and finding a broken elevator, it was frustrating we had to wait even 5 minutes to just open the door. Elevator was broke about 1/2 the time of our stay, that’s managed by the HOA and sort of sounded like it maybe a fairly common issue. There seemed to be plenty of parking however there’s construction going on below us so the construction trucks often took multiple parking spots. Construction was loud and annoying several of the days but I guess that’s just the luck of the draw. Family above us had young kids that would run and jump until really late at night, condo wasn’t very soundproof. Found it strange we had a group of 6 and had to turn in our rooms’pool pass each time we went to the pool, only to get one pool band to share, then at the end of the day get our pool pass back. It was always busy in that area, the teen workers weren’t very friendly, and the process seemed very inefficient. Overall it was clean and spacious so it worked for our stay but we also didn’t spend a lot of time there. We shared some feedback with the property manager so hopefully they’ll address it before the next group stays. Overall our group felt it was a 3 out of 5 stars.
