Most convinient ski condo you'll ever stay in at Heavenly Ski Resort. Come in for lunch or a cup of hot chocolate. This Condo is closer to the lift than the lodge is. The building has an elevator for even easier access. Currently under modernization and is in-operable. Scheduled completion by August 2025. Park your car in the covered carport and never pack gear or deal with parking again.

This Condo offers a fully equiped kitchen, a cozy living room, WiFi, LCD Flat screen TV with built in DVD player, cable access, dining area. The two bedrooms are up 10 steps from living area. The Master has a king bed and a tub in the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall (shower stall only). In unit Washer and Dryer makes life a lot simpler.
Play with your small children on the enclosed above street level party deck in safety.

Located on Nevada side of the ski resort. Beautiful views of the Carson Valley.
1 mile of Fox & Hound Bar & Grill. Mini Market and Ski Rental facilities.
Across parking lot from Heavenly Ski Resort ticketing office, bus shuttle pickup and drop off to CA side and Gondola.
3 mile drive down to Harrahs, Harvey's, Mont Bleu, Bally's casinos.
10 Mile drive down to Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville and the Carson Valley. 60 miles to Reno.
45 miles to Palisades Ski Resort (Formerly Squaw Valley) or NorthStar Ski Resort.

Excellent vacation

We stayed for a month in the beautiful breathtaking location. The place had absolutly everything a family may need, from kitchen accessories to bathrooms, and entertainment. The communication with the Karmine was good, he answered even to a very late calls. We stayed in July, so it was a little too hot without an AC, but manageable. Unfortunately the entire neighborhood had electricity shutdowns, that took more than a day to fix.

Fantastic location!

Great condo! Plenty of room! The location was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of spices. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. It was ideal for making meals. The condo had many extras to make the stay feel like home. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Convenient

Alas no snow for our ski in ski out. The location is so great, we drove easily to several ski resorts. Karmine was so helpful otherwise. Gave me loads of info. Very accurate description. Quick to respond. This was one of the best stocked homes I have ever rented. Everything you need is here: oil, spices, foil, dishwashing soap, laundry soap. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We were there over Christmas and they even had holiday mugs, cups, towels. Perfect for families with a bunch of movies and games. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Great location

This is a great condo right at the base of stagecoach lift. Unfortunately the elevator was not working while we were there, however it wasn’t too bad as there were only about 2 1/2 flights of stairs to the condo. The cleaning crew had missed a sticky mess in the kitchen, so I did have to clean that up when we arrived. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay we had plenty of snow and Karmine was easy to get in touch with and responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Place for Skiing. Would go again

Super, super convenient. Plenty of room. REALLY liked the proximity to the ski lift and to ski rental. Great local restaurant a short drive away. The condo is full of games, a complete kitchen and a nice large TV.

Spacious and great location

This condo has an amazing location. If you plan on skiing on the Nevada side, this is literally a one to two minute walk from the building to the lift (depends on how fast or slow you can walk in ski boots!). The condo itself is spacious enough for a large family. We were a party of 4, and there was more than enough space. The kitchen is really well equipped with updated appliances, and I especially loved how well the dishwasher worked! The owner is extremely responsive via email and phone, and assisted us as best as he could with a situation that was outside of his control. The unit does not have wifi, but we were able to hotspot using our phones with no problems.

Very nice condo and the location is amazing if you are an avid skier! Will definitely be back.

Easy rental and communication with Karmine is easy and he will go the extra step if something is not right.

Location. Location. Location.

This property was great. Not only did we book last minute, but on a holiday weekend as well. This location was great for everything we wanted to do. We were there for Labor Day weekend. Since it is located in the vicinity of a Heavenly lift, it would be great for a winter vacation. Everything was clean and just as the owner described. I would stay there again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best location for Nv side. Ten am check out is a tad early along with having to start a load of towels in the washer and dishes in the dishwasher before you go. Owner was responsive

This condo could not be more convenient.

Karmine was a fine host. The unit was clean and very nicely equipped, including a variety of spices and some cooking oil. The washer/dryer worked well and there was laundry soap as well. The spa tub and unique shower were very much enjoyed. The shelves in the master bedroom made clothes and gear organization very easy. We would definitely stay here again

Great location to Ski Heavenly.

The condo was extremely convenient just across the parking lot from the lift. The jacuzzi tub and rain shower were awesome. Washer/dryer and detergent all very thoughtful. Very well equipped kitchen with some oil and spices. Definitely would stay with unit and host again.

Cozy condo right across the street from Heavenly Stagecoach lift. Very convenient!

Karmine is a great host. He is very responsive with messages and texts. The condo has everything you need including kitchen necessities to cook light meals. Location is great for skier/snowboarders as it is located few minutes walk from ski lift. It is also 5 minutes drive from Boulder lodge which is where the ski school is. The only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is spotty. We went without Wi-Fi for most of our stay. But if Wi-Fi isn’t important for you, then this is a prefect place for you.

Comfy little condo! Great location for hiking!

We had a wonderful time exploring Lake Tahoe. We hiked many trails, went kayaking in Emerald Bay and saw a few movies at a nearby cinema. Other evenings we watched movies in the condo. The WiFi worked great and the couches were comfortable. So was the bed and the jetted tub was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. My husband wanted to see a bear and our last night he got his wish. Someone had forgotten to put the lock back on the dumpster and when he went to take out the trash, there was a young bear rummaging through the trash! So, be sure to always put that lock back on the dumpster!

Great Condo and very well Stocked

This condo was perfect for our trip to Tahoe. We have rented many condos and this one was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed at! The owner was great to work with and we had a wonderful time. Our Grand kids especially loved the Community Pool.

Everything was AWESOME!

The best location EVER for a family of skiers. Base of lift is incredibly close to condo - as advertised it is closer than the lodge. We stayed for 8 nights Christmas week to New Years Eve and we were very pleased. We have a family of four, our children are adults ages 29 & 32 and we had plenty of space. Condo is very well stocked and Karmine was VERY responsive to any and all of our questions. Our family goes for the skiing, so it was perfect for us - came in at lunch everyday and then drove down to town at night if we wanted to go to casinos, etc. We stopped at the grocery store Karmine suggested and cooked in all but 2 nights, and we did use the community grill. We had never been to Tahoe and loved that we were on the Nevada side. Condo even has sleds! Highly recommend!

Excellent property and condo

We stayed there at Karmine's condo for 3 nights this summer, was very neat, all kitchen appliances were there, we cooked, played, enjoyed seeing movie, relaxed with our extended family. Was fun for kids, very good location, highly recommended.

Perfect!

Could not have had a better stay in Heavenly. Condo was right across the street from lift, 28" fresh snow, clear blue skies! Very comfortable, well stocked, and clean accomodations. Will always stay here for future trips.

Cozy place, unbeatable location!

We stayed at this condo for several days, and liked it. The location is truly unbeatable - you are literally several steps away from the lift, you can see it from the window, so you leave the condo and start skiing right away! Just mind that this lift is not for beginners so if you have those in your party, take a bus (that also stops next to the lift) and go to the Boulder lodge (10-minute trip and no need to take the car). The condo was cozy and warm, and what we especially appreciated it was a floor heater (not the air one) in the living room and kitchen, the air was not as dry as it usually is with air heaters. The kitchen was fully equipped and we found everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and cozy, the only minor issue was the bedding (at least in the master bedroom) - it felt like synthetics rather than cotton, so a little upgrade here would be nice. Other than that it was perfect!

We are a family of skiers and love the conveniences of this condo. We are not there to shop or gamble, but to ski! This condo is set up to for skiing (boarding) and then resting in comfort with modern amenities without dealing with the crowds. You are a local resident when your here not a tourist. Once you are here you don't have to leave, unless you choose to.

We have been skiing the Tahoe area for years. We are tired of the lodging hunt everytime we want to go skiing at a top resort. This solves our problem. We can reach NorthStar and Squaw Valley within 1 hour from here if we choose to.
