We loved this beautiful farmhouse. It is stocked with absolutely everything you need and then some. We really loved the location; close to Shelburne and Burlington, but a secluded and peaceful home surrounded by woods. Super clean with very comfortable beds. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful multigenerational family stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect for our event, the house is clean and updated, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would stay again!

Beautifully remodeled home, well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and lots of thoughtful touches with guests in mind.

Wedding week

This property was awesome! Clean, comfortable, located between our daughter’s wedding venue in Ferrisburg and Burlington. I would recommend this property to anyone.

A Vermont Country Gem

Wonderfully renovated Vermont home that felt so clean and fresh. Well stocked for everything we needed for our family of five. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to inquiries.

Super cozy and well stocked!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this is the best stocked house we have ever stayed at. Other big pluses- great location near many activities, big deck with nice seating, fire pit, and large dinner table.There is a grill but we did not use.Joanna was easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. Thank you!!

Great Spot for our Family!

We just spent a week at this lovely modern farmhouse in Charlotte. The home was beautifully designed and had everything we needed. We have two 17 year olds, and we felt like we could truly spread out in the 3 bedrooms, open kitchen and two living rooms. The beds were all comfortable and the home is very clean. We walked every morning down the dirt road the house sits on. We loved that the Charlotte town beach was just down the road as well! Joanna communicated just the info we needed and checking in was easy. We hope to return to this gem of a spot.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property and I can't say enough good things. We booked this home for myself and two other couples while visiting family for my cousin's wedding. The day of check in the host, Joanna, was able to accommodate an early check in. There was a cute welcome book/basket upon arrival. The home itself exceeds every expectation. The layout is so comfortable for multiple couples, its beautiful and intentionally decorated. There were plenty of mirrors, and set ups for the ladies when getting ready. They had extra supplies and basic things like trash bags and laundry detergent on hand. I really could go on and on, the exterior set up is perfect with a fireplace and deck area to enjoy. Its quiet and feels secluded but still close to things like the old brick store for coffee and random supplies/food needs. We will definitely be keeping this gem in mind for future vacations and when visiting family in Vermont again!!
