The fully renovated downstairs features a full bathroom, a retro industrial-style kitchen and a family room. There is a huge flat parking area that can accommodate a full size motor home or maybe even a tour bus (additional cost) with up to 30 amp power. Walk or short uber to the daily downtown train to NYC.
