I am from Virginia Beach and my wife Kellie and I moved to Bradenton Florida 1 year ago. My wife likes buying rental properties because she likes the change of scenery at different location. All the decorating and furniture is completely in her taste. We have owned several rental property in places like Nags Head, North Carolina and Virginia Beach. She only likes buying new properties and when they are 5-7 yeasr old, she has me sell them. Happy wife / happy life. We enjoy playing tennis, my wife sings in an Abba Tribute band and we have always been a very social couple. Why do we enjoy being hosts? I like the concept of treating people how you would like to be treated. If you are renting our unit, it will likely be for a month and it is a major vacation for you. I would be thrilled to have my wife and I be a guide during your stay to offer advice of where to eat, what to do and even introduce you to tennis friends if that is your sport. In the years of hosting, we have had a near perfect rating of 5 stars and if there is ever an issue, I am a phone call away. Whatever you need, just let us know.

We chose the neighborhood because Lakewood National is an awesome and quiet community. The pools are wonderful, the tennis courses are plentiful, pickle ball is fun and we have two highly rated golf courses. And best of all, it's like always warm.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We selected our property because it has a beautiful view of water and a par three. You can watch players tee off and land on the green. You can barely hear them talking when they put for birdie or fish their balls out of the water. It is very relaxing and peaceful.
