As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light and an open fully renovated interior with a beautiful kitchen and living room area. The house is a duplex, and you will be staying in the upstairs unit of the house. You will have a private entrance and newly built deck.

The access will be on the back side of the house (on Atlanta Ave) you will see a black fence with a "Casa Rio" sign. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, full bed and the master bedroom with a king size bed.

Tobin Hill is an up-and-coming neighborhood located just a few steps away from the Pearl Area, where eclectic restaurants, bar, coffee shops and the famous Hotel Emma are. This unique neighborhood is also located nearby, the River Walk and the gardens of the Brackenridge Park.
