South Fork River Retreat - Close to Downtown
This one-bedroom apartment has a private entrance and parking space.
We have been a rental unit for five years on the other short term rental site, the one starting with Air, please see reviews there.
Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy walking distance to all that North Bend has to offer. A short drive to access all the Snoqualmie Valley has to offer.
Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle, Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport.
Exterior security cameras present.
The space
Door is key-less entry for self check-in. This newer one bedroom apartment is attached but separate from the main house. It has a full size kitchen with pots, pans, plates, flatware, glasses and cups. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, a twin size air mattress is available & the bathroom comes stocked with soaps, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The living / dining area is fully furnished and has a 40" flat screen TV with cable. Wi -Fi thru out. Washer and dryer in unit.
Other things to note
Please be aware we are on a septic system. Do not flush anything but toilet paper & tissue.
We allow dogs with a one time $30.00 cleaning fee as long as they are under 40lbs, house broken & well behaved. If your dog has separation anxiety and barks and cries when your gone we will ask you to take the dog with you when you leave the apt.

We loved our stay in North Bend at this property. The apartment was well outfitted , and the consideration and thoughtfulness of providing what might be needed was most appreciated. They were very responsive to questions we had. The property was very close to downtown North Bend and Snoqualmie. Easy access off and on the freeway and having the river and a huge field out back helped make this a relaxing spot for us after long days volunteering at the golf tournament.

Very clean and very cozy! Perfect place to lay your head after a long day of boarding. Very well located to resturauns and food and a very fully stocked kitchen! Would absolutely reccomend staying here.

Kathy was such a gracious host! We had a lovely time. A fully furnished kitchen and beautiful patio were perfect for an early breakfast. We even saw some bunnies playing in the field!

This apartment was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Cute balcony with table, chairs, clean functioning grill. Good internet and TV connections included Netflix.

We had the best overnight stay in this super clean and comfy apartment. Our host was very thoughtful. She put together a fruit basket and hand typing out instructions to everything made using the tv and the gas fireplace a breeze. 10/10 would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay for a wedding at Meadowbrook Farm in North Bend. The place was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, and Kathy and Gordon are great hosts!

South Fork River Retreat with Coffee on the Deck
It was a short stay and the accommodations were perfect. Felt welcoming arriving at the property.

North Bend Fantastic
Best place we’ve stayed. Very clean, extra touches of goodies and little things you need too! Scenic and peaceful! We loved our stay!

The accommodations were just as we needed for a quick night stay over between holiday gathering and a home Seahawks football game. The space & amenities helped us feel at home. We look forward to coming back to get a glimpse of the local elk herd!

It was wonderful! So relaxing. Gordon and Kathy were awesome hosts very friendly. We would highly recommend this beautiful place. This is our second time here. This is how much we love it.
