The property was very nice and clean . It was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom in the smaller one was a bit unsafe as it did not have any non slip in the tub and the place to put soap and things for the shower they would not stay because of the way it was made. It would just slide out. The pillows were very uncomfortable, but other than that it was great. I would tell others about this condo.

Thank you for your stay at Phoenix on the Bay and for the kind words about how clean and peaceful the condo was. We truly appreciate you pointing out the lack of a non slip surface in the tub and the shower shelf. Your safety matters to us, and we have passed both items, along with the pillows, to our property team to address. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit and hope to welcome you back.

My unit that we stayed at last week was so clean and as pictured when we walked in. It felt very warm and inviting being there. A couple things I did not like was the echoing of other people in the hallways, the ground by the pool area was rough and hurt my feet.
