We had a great stay , to us it's a great location very quiet neighborhood not far from being where everything is , beach access was easy there's a small one pretty much just across the street , the host was very kind and stayed in touch even gave us a list of pet friendly places will definitely stay here again

We had a great time!! Close to everything you need. Pet friendly, clean, and communication with the host was great! Easy check in/out. The outdoor lights and hot tub is so cute and a vibe. The large king size bed is SO comfy! We would definitely book again!

Nice place to stay near the beach, with plenty of local restaurants and things to do. Korin was a great host and I appreciated the communication. Definitely would recommend staying here if visiting the area!

The house was extremely clean. Everything was easy to find. They left out snacks and drinks for our two daughters. It made them so happy. The owner responds to messages fast and was helpful. The property was close to so many things. We enjoyed the yard,grill,hot tub,and the outside furniture. They had board games for us to use and they had beach towels too. Plus many other things. We've been wanting to move to Panama City for 3 years now and it felt like we were at home during our stay. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Our daughters said this was the best vacation house! We can't wait to come back in a few months.

Good communication with the host, easy check in. Very nice place, they had all the little touches for you! Beach chairs, beach towels, extra pillows, snacks and toothbrushes. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything

The place was amazing, everything promoted and more the host was super responsive for anything needed, to information, to sending a tech out right away. We will be going back and looking for this rental each year. it was located perfect spot with the right distance to the good and the bad thanks

PCB stay

Quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. St. Andrew’s is our favorite. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect. Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies and bathroom toiletries available. Bed was comfortable and the chair in the living room was nice. Yard is great for pets.

Great Place and Good times

GREAT LOCATION, clean, pet friendly. The only concern was the folks who stayed next to us had 5 dogs big dogs they fought and barked all night not to mention the dogs were left out in a long storm.

Great for a relaxing getaway

This place was very clean, well decorated and in a great location. I enjoyed the privacy of the back yard and the convenience of walking to the beach access. Everything I enjoyed was really in walking distance of the house. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Perfect stay in pcb!

Very cute home with everything you might need for the beach! Great communication from booking to checkout and the host was readily available for anything we needed. The cleaning company was absolutely incredible, not a speck of sand upon check-in (which seems impossible at a beach home) and they came by after a heavy rain to blow off the patio without even being asked. We had a wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house very neat and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Right off of Thomas Drive away from the chaos. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed here for a last minute vacay with my husband and dog. We were very happy with the place! Affordable, bed was comfortable, decor was beachy and nice, everything was clean, and the host provided lots of towels/toothbrushes/toothpaste.We love to walk, if the distance is reasonable. We walked to Panama City Coffee (I enjoyed their cappuccino with a bit of mocha added), to the beach (there’s public access directly across from the coffee shop), and to Schooners (great bartender… I think his name was Larry?). Overall, great location! And you can get to any of the popular restaurants with a 15-min or so drive. We were able to take our dog on several walks without issue. She doesn’t like it when random dogs approach her, so we had her muzzled just in case, but all the dog owners were very responsible and had their dogs leashed. Which was awesome! She was also very happy to have a yard. Highly recommend!!!

Loved!

So... upon arriving the key lock didn't work. After calling customer service, we were instructed to use the lock box. Issue resolved! We were given $75 to buy dinner @schooners! Food was Amazing!! :)
