Peaceful, close to water attractions & Fishing

Lovely beach getaway home. Great outdoor entertaining with plenty of comfy seating inside and out. Come relax blocks from the water. Lagoon with all the pontoon boat rentals for Shell Island and fishing on one side, beach few blocks other direction. And don’t forget about St. Andrews State Park just minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by or travel down the beach to many other options in just a short drive. Tucked away off the world famous Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk or minutes drive to Schooners on the beach. Great beach restaurant with open ocean view seating. This house has been in the family since the 70’s. We have put new floors in and are still wanting to remodel the kitchen with new cabinets. Its nothing fancy, but it’s fairly priced. It’s a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Gas grill on patio to grill out. Enjoy complete relaxation and come stay on Panama City Beach. We hope you like our home. It’s simple and complete with what you’ll need to enjoy yourself. If there is something you see we should have, just ask. We’ll run it by for you!

Evacuating Hurricane Milton

Beautiful home, all the amenities. Close to beach. The Bakers were very accomidating on short notice. We had to evac from Hurricain Milton Hurricane Milton.

PCB Stay

The 3-star outside look to the house does not do the 5-star inside justice. Very comfortable. Very clean. There was nothing whatsoever to complain about. If we return to PCB, we will stay here!

Best place in Panama City!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed plus more! The owners were very kind and very helpful! The house was gorgeous and was in walking distance to a lot of stuff! We really enjoyed our time there! Would give them a 10 if I could!

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for us because we had to bring our senior dog, meaning no stairs and a great floor plan for her ease of moving around. We're also not big on the Front Beach Road scene and enjoy the less touristy end close to St. Andrews State Park. It was also easy to walk or drive to the beach access #5. The layout was perfect of the home was perfect. The sliding glass door isn't the easiest to open, but worked fine. Adam was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We will be looking to stay at this cozy little home in the future with our pup! Highly recommend!

Cozy beautiful home

This home is so cozy and beautiful. It is located close to all the things you would wish to do. We loved it. All you need to pack is your clothes the rest is in the house. Best ever.

More then expected!!

We were so very happy with home in every aspect! It was very warm and cozy made you feel like you was at home. They have the home stocked above what most people do. The master bed was very comfortable! Can’t say about the other beds as it was just the 2 of was here. The yard was really nice and totally fenced in. We were so grateful that they opened there home to us to bring our fur babies (boxers)with us. We are so hopefully looking forward to being able to spend many more vacations at your home. Nice place to stay

Location was great. Close to many restaurants, shopping, beach. Boat ramp less than 1/2 mile to launch our seadoo Very clean home. Had all that we needed. Plenty of backyard area for our dogs to potty We will def rent it again soon.

It was a very nice and clean house. Owner was very helpful. The property is at a nice and quiet location, close to the beach and the Marina. I would highly recommend this property for a nice getaway.

Perfect PCB Rental

This great little house was convenient to eating establishments, marinas and activities. We had 4 adults and 3 children (one child was age 3) and had plenty of space. Kitchen had a full size coffee pot and plenty equipment minus a toaster. Beds were comfortable and bedding/pillows were nice. It had a great patio area but it was too warm for much sitting. Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this house.

It’s a big place..,rooms for the whole family

Love the place.., close to Captain Anderson and St Andrews State Park where we like to go swimming. It’s roomy and it’s the second house I rented with everything you need they have it. It’s clean, and it’s actually a lot nicer than what in the picture at the website. The beds are comfy.., overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Nice house to be at Panama City

Our stay in this house was comfortable, everything was as described and shown on Vrbo, access to the house is easy, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. You really rest well before to go to the beach the next day, and you can go out at night to enjoy until late, and arrive without any problem.

Would stay here again!

This was my first time ever using VBRO and I am so glad I came across this property. It was for our family perfectly. Close to all kinds of things, especially the beach which was my children’s favorite part. Anytime we are in PCB, this will be the place we try to book!

Beach home

This home was a cozy cottage style beach home, just enough room for my family, pet friendly, had everything we needed from towels to small appliances, location was great not too far to drive into town. We will definitely stay again!
