3 Bedroom 2 Bath Amazing Location!

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 1131 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen, and 2 full sized beds. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Parking for 2 cars only.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

The place was beautiful and clean, true to the listing. The management was very responsive, kind, and helpful when we had questions! We loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Great Value on 30A

We have stayed at Beachside Villas several times and this was our best stay yet. The unit was beautiful, clean and fit our family perfectly. It would help to have better light blocking window treatments I. The primary bedroom and the room with the queen bed as there was little to no cblocking of early AM light. The distance from the actual beach where you set up your chairs is a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker.

Enjoyed our stay.

Nicely remodeled 3rd floor beach condo, clean and kept, nestled and overlooking back yard dunes and luxury homes. A short distance from the beach with complimentary delivery and pickup. Beds are super soft, and showers have great water pressure. Complex was quiet and management was quick to respond. We had an enjoyable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The condo is very nice, clean, and they have done a great job utilizing all space so you have room to store your clothes, hang clothes etc in master bath. We were a bit confused on which beach was allowed, so that took us a bit to realize where we could have actually be going, we were using the public beach which was fine, but that was really the only downside which has nothing to do with the owners, more with 30A and their "cracking" down on beach space. We would definitely recommend staying her it is about a 5 mile bike ride to Rosemary, and a little less to Seaside so you are centrally located.

perfect vacay

Cute, clean, beachy condo just steps from the beach! Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. (Pots, pans, measuring cups, Tupperware, etc) Management had the very best communication- quick responses, super friendly, and easy check in!! Condos also had a golf cart service (friendliest drivers also) to drop you off at beach entrance- convenient when you have all your chairs, coolers, bags etc! We very much appreciated it all and had an amazing vacation! Only downfall is the WiFi is horrible at this location.
