While the beach in front of the property is designated for guests through the chair service, public beach access points are required along the shoreline, and we understand how that can sometimes create confusion. Your comments about better communicating how the beach setup works are valuable, and we will certainly share them with the property owner and our team as we continually look for ways to set appropriate expectations for future guests. We're sorry to hear the balcony view did not meet your expectations and that noise from the unit above and smoking from a neighboring balcony affected your enjoyment of the outdoor space.
