Great condo! Host was very nice and gave great suggestions for food. Condo was clean, spacious and set up great for our family. Very short walk to the beach and in the BEST location! We loved our stay!

Hi Jessica — thanks for the great review! Our complex is one of the hidden gems on 30A! So close to the beach with plenty of space to spread out, two swimming pools and tennis courts make our property unique! I’m so glad you all loved our place and look forward to hosting you again.

We had a great week in Seagrove! Brian went above and beyond from the moment we booked to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo is super clean and well equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. Location is great and easy walk to beach - very convenient! Highly recommend for families!

The unit was clean and the host was very responsive. Location to the beach is good but there is not a lot of public beach area available. If you like to be near the water you have to go early. Overall great unit and great area.

April— thanks for the great review. Depending on the day the beaches do get crowded, but with the public beach just a long block walk away, and the public beach access out in front of our complex there should be plenty of room to set up. Hope to see you again with us soon.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet, clean, really nice condo layout for families. Quite a walk to the public beach but the shuttle was very easy to call for a ride.

Great Place and Location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our trip so Seaside Villas, this unit was very clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Great location and we will be back for sure!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home.The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet.The hosts were fantastic to work with: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a wonderful experience.We made so many great memories here and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. It was exactly as described, immaculately clean and even nicer than the pictures. We rented bikes and rode everywhere, including to each of the beach access points. They are not far at all, and one day we used the shuttle when we had more to carry, and it was super easy. I would definitely stay here again. Brian was great at communicating, and he made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. I highly recommend this VRBO.

My family and I were very comfortable here! The beds slept great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a home away from home- but at the beach! The condos are tucked into a quiet area and that was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the summer season on 30a. Nice and close to the beach too! We loved our stay!

Condo was clean and fully stocked with all the extra “little” touches that make a trip enjoyable. Communication with owner was excellent and check-in process went smoothly. Location was perfect.

Unit is decorated very beachy, close to the water, maybe 100 yards.

Very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped location tkk ok restaurants is excellent. Will definitely be back.

Sandcastle 2024

We had a wonderful trip to Seagrove Beach! Our rental was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach every day and a quick bike ride to many local restaurants and shops.

Beach Getaway

Beautiful property. Great location. Quick and easy access to the beach. Very affordable compared to nearby properties where we have stayed. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The property was perfect for our needs. We would certainly rent this property again.

Condo was very clean. It also was well documented. The shuttle to the beach was the ticket. It was close to everything and we had a blast. Brian’s was very easy to speak with and ask questions. We will be back.
