Christopher’s house was perfect for the two of us. It is pretty central to majority of things. It seemed like all major parts of Sacramento were about 15 minutes away minus the east side because that’s where the guest house is located. He replied promptly and was communicative

Excellent East Sac location. I grew up in Sacrament and the neighborhood is my old stomping ground. Perfect as I was in town for a reunion. The interior set up was good. It could have used a bit more seating. The kitchen seemed well-equipped but we did not actually cook. I know it sounds silly but there was actually ice in the freezer, which is rare in other rentals we've stayed in. I will definitely return on my next trip to Sacramento.

The guest house is exactly as described. It is clean and comfortable and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner sent clear directions for checking in and was flexible about check in time. He also let me know that I could call with any questions or problems. Although the guest house is close to the main house, I had complete privacy during my stay.

The backyard cottage is nicely decorated and I had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. I appreciated the privacy and felt safe and secure. This is a place I will return to.

We had a lovely stay; the place was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Simpler check out instructions for a rental than I’ve seen in actual years! Chris was very nice and this house made for a great home base for our trip.

This is my favorite VRBO to stay in Sacramento. It's perfectly located in East Sacramento. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and attentive to anything you might need. The cottage is clean and is stocked with coffee, fresh fruit, and snacks. There's even a pitcher of filtered water in the refrigerator. Plus, there's a fenced yard for dogs with tools supplied so you can clean up after your pet. He's really thought of everything. It's quiet and safe, with parking on the street right in front of the house.
