This is the first time we've heard about towel rack and trash issues- we will definitely fix this right away. Our team also would have been happy to fix the TV setup and the a/c vents being closed. Beyond the hot tub, the lack of basic essentials like lamps, cookware, and towels, along with the condition of the beds, pullout sofa, and cleanliness, is deeply concerning. It’s especially disappointing to hear this stay didn’t compare to your previous Christmas visits or match the high standards you’ve experienced during your many years visiting Branson.
