Location of the house is amazing. Lots of privacy and a great view. Only 20 min from anything you want to do. So many bedrooms and each one has a bathroom. It was just two of us, but we will keep this house in mind for future family gatherings. There is so much provided seating as well. Plenty at the dining table, lots of seating on the decks, the fire pit area and the front deck. Overall, a pleasant stay and great host communication.

Loved our stay. Host answered questions quickly. Home was well taken care of. The one thing I would mention is that the trek to the dog is definitely a moderate walk. They did a great job with paving and rails but it is a pretty steep grade. All in all a great trip

It's a great house. The walk to the dock is not for babies nor the elderly. Immaculate views of a beautiful river. Lots of fun things to do in the house and on the property. Loved it.

The Rivendell Property was charming with wonderful outdoor areas. The house was spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake views off the deck and the privacy of not having neighbors 10 ft. away. We were there for July 4th - America 250. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and having a free fireworks show over the lake. It was great!! We have a large family so it was nice to have spacious bedrooms and ample bathrooms for everyone. Our biggest disappointment was not catching any trout that week! Our fishermen thought it was just too hot, and the trout were staying low in the lake. But the ac units worked great! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!!

Very comfortable for all of us. We had 6 adults and 5 children. Your place is amazing. All we needed and amazing views morning and evening. Close to everything. We even had groceries delivered. Great place for a family Christmas

The house was the perfect size and location for our family stay. We were so pleased with the amenities and thoughtfulness to detail. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were too!

Gorgeous lake view with several bald eagle sightings! We had plenty of room for 15 people attending our daughter's wedding at nearby Sycamore Creek Ranch. Perfect location. Lovely morning walk. 10/10

The perfect get-away that’s still close enough to everything! The “walk to the dock” is a pretty good workout! We caught several trout. The house itself is fantastic, albeit a little creaky upstairs, just adds to the charm of it all. Would definitely recommend if peace and quiet is what you’re looking for

Our stay was EXCELLENT!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The lake view from the home on the decks is GREAT!!! The only hiccup we had walk down to the dock was a bit challenging for some of our group. It is long walk downhill to the dock and a challenging uphill walk on the way back. The home, the area, the host and everything else definitely AWESOME experience.
