The house was great and in a perfect location. It could get a little loud on the street at night, but it was fine. The house had everything we needed. The pool was perfect.

Kerri and the team were all fantastic. Checkin was a breeze, the pool was fantastic, and the house is amazing. Earlier reviews had issues with the A/C but those have been fixed with mini-splits and an A/C update. Great location and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

The property presented as advertised and it was a great stay. Adding some umbrellas for the pool would knock the listing out of the park.

Great house in an excellent location. One suggestion would be to have umbrellas set up in the pool area. It was literally too hot to sit by the pool most afternoons due to the lack of any kind of shade.

The only complaint was the third floor. The right hand bedroom was so small, no one wanted to sleep in that small room. The fuse blew 3x when the hair dryer was put on with the fans on so the owner should look into that. Also an umbrella out by the pool is very much needed with 90 temps and lastly we loved the house but location on St Phillip was sketchy, not the best at night.

Great location in walking distance to restaurants, bars and tourist sites. Plenty of space for a large group. It can be noisy being on a busy street and right next to a club but they have sound machines available in the rooms.

We had a problem with one of the third floor bedrooms, they had termite droppings. We were unable to do anything that first night. They did send someone out the next morning to confirm it was that. They treated areas and checked the whole house. Cleaning service came in, but unfortunately we did not feel comfortable staying up on that third floor. I do feel that those two rooms are useless. The house itself is very old which we knew but everything else was fine. It’s in a great location. Very busy street but worth it to be so close to everything.

Girls birthday trip

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends to celebrate a birthday! The house was exactly as the listing depicted and the pool was perfect! Great location and while there is construction happening on the street it was still a wonderful trip.
