Wonderful stay and excellent customer service.When we checked in the downstairs AC wasn’t working and they quickly responded via Text. The team had someone come by with in a hour and followed up the next day to confirm everything was working.The location is convenient and close to all the downtown shopping, restaurants and attractions.Would definitely stay here again!

The Cavallo was a great place to stay - very clean, spacious, and well-located within Charleston! Would absolutely stay here again if in town with a large group.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed for a girls trip, and the house was perfect! Well appointed, clean, layout and space design were great! Easy to walk around nearby or grab Ubers. We would stay again!

Spring vacay

This was one of the cleanest & nicest places we've stayed at. The design of the home & decorations were impressive.Management team was accommodating & responsive.Only issue was the construction going on across the steeet.

Fantastic home with everything you need!

This home was perfect for our family (all adults). The house was clean, well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. The host company was very quick with communication for anything and any questions. Check in was a breeze. We would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group. There was a ton of space more than enough for all 7 of us. The heated pool was an amazing touch, along with the great rooftop deck. The elevator made getting our luggage up and down easy. There were more than enough pool and shower towels, and they even provided detergent pods. The two parking spots were a huge plus. The walk to King Street was just a few minutes. I highly recommend this property for all types of groups.

Perfect for Girls’ Trip!

Beautiful house in a good location; far enough away from downtown bustle but close enough to take rickshaws/ walk/ Uber. House was very clean, comfy and well stocked… We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back!

Christmas in Charleston

Beautiful house that was perfect for a winter Christmas trip. Great location with short walks to great shopping and dining. The house had everything we needed and was very well maintained. The kids loved the heated pool on some unseasonably cold days. It was nice to stay in the historic part of Charleston but in a modern, new, beautiful house. The management was great to work with. I highly recommend this house for a Charleston vacation.

Wedding venue search

What an Amazing property!!! Everything as described!! We came to Charleston in search of a wedding venue. The location was perfect to walk or share ride. We had a rental vehicle and the parking at the house was perfect!! The host is Amazing and helped coordinate groceries being delivered before our Arrival!! 5 star for sure!!

Great time

It was 4 couples for our yearly vacation. Lots of common room and rooms were a good size. 30 min walk to the heart of downtown and communication was good. Property looked as though it was cleaned in a hurry. Property manager was very communicative over a lock on the sliding door that was broken by a previous guest. Overall a great stay and a wonderful time!!!

Terrific gathering place for girls weekend!

We gathered with a group of 10 for a girls weekend, and had a terrific time. We had a great balance of private spaces and gathering spaces so we could be together, or break away for conversations / work, as needed. The kitchen and top floor are a great size for gathering, and the additional family room / patio on the main level were a perfect complement. The property was as expected, I had great support from our hosts during our entire visit, and we were able to easily walk all of the places we wanted to go. Highly recommend! Would love to return!

Property was better than the photos. We all felt comfortable in our rooms and bathrooms. The house allowed many options for quiet time, reading, in-home massages, and a late night dance party! Downtown is a 30 minute walk and there is a great corner pizza place -we grabbed pizzas twice from there. Publix is about a 6 minute car ride. Isle of Palms beach is a 20-25 minute drive. Recommend for an all girls’ vacay!

good stay

Great stay however some moments I felt like I was getting scammed by the constant “if you want to check in an hour earlier it will be 150$ extra, if you want the pool heated it will be 100$ extra etc..”. So although we adored this house and location, it felt rather commercial and like a money game rather than a comfortable stay at someone’s house with everything included. this was especially exacerbated by the high price of the stay. Otherwise great experience.
