Great for HPU families

This is a really unique and fun place to stay. Less than 2 miles from HPU and easy parking right out front. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with your group. We could easily fit as many as 8 and our little pup was welcome. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large and well equipped. Our host, Will, was very easy to reach, very responsive and kind. We will be back!

Nightmare Experience

We tried contacting the owner for two hours the first night after the door code didn’t work while sitting in our car waiting. He told us the door has been having issues and to push and pull it after the code was entered and it finally worked. The second night in a rain storm we had the same issue happen and couldn’t get in for over an hour. There is minimal parking and the area does not feel safe. The apparent is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately we couldn’t get in easily or park close to the door.

My wife and I are in the Furniture and Lighting Business so you will see the decorating change along with our Collections. We so enjoy staying at this apartment during Market and other trips to High Point we wanted other people to have the same opportunity.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The Building is right in the heart of Downtown High Point and all of the showrooms. We bought this building in 2016 because we needed more space during Furniture Market and we were tired of showing in the larger buildings on campus. Not to mention our love of renovating older spaces. It was a plus that it is so close to most of the recreational and business activities High Point has to offer as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This is a unique showroom in that you will not see any other that has balconies extending out onto Main St and an enclosed patio with the same in the rear. It is a typical Townhouse or Brownstone type structure but has ample light inside due to the French doors in the front/rear and the multiple skylights that were installed during the renovation. It is also kind of cool that the decor will change with our new Collections.
